- The campus is good,spacious and has big playing grounds and respective sports grounds
- The faculties are friendly and provide good knowledge
- There are seperate clubs doing seperate events all over the campus making social interactions easy on a daily basis

- Regarding hostel the food can be a bit more good
- The marking system is a bit more complicated and difficult in certain ways
Placement Experience:
For my course there is internship opportunities in 4th year and in 5th year there's placement by top companies like wipro, fresh works, amazon, google, nokia, intel and more big companies. The college offers 75% campus placement

- It is pretty transparent here, everything is followed in a very systematic order
- I Also liked the system of fully flexible credit system, which allows the student to choose the timetable flexibly if he manages score well
- Many events occur each and every day based on all the cultures across India
Dislikes
- There is nothing much, I dislike, but there is this one thing that even after being an engineering student, you still need permission from your parents or your Proctor to go out of the campus
Placement Experience:
Placement is one of the strong parts and VIT Chennai as of now every year almost 90 to 95% of the students get placed
in which 10 to 15% students have an average package of around 20 to 30 LPA and the highest package being near 60 to 70 LPA and the mass recruiter package is ranging from 7 to 12 LPA. if the student wants to opt for higher studies, VIT Chennai E is also very strong at its alumni with many international universities, such as University of California.

- Cleanliness of the campus is well maintained.
- Every student is given the freedom to change their time slots flexibly for every semester.
- The labs are well maintained and the staffs are well experienced.
Dislikes
- The campus seems a bit small than the other colleges at this level.
- The food stalls are a bit expensive to spend cash on.
- College is located at a far location from the main district.
Placement Experience:
Usually students from 6th semester to 8th semester are eligible for placements.
Variety of companies have landed on our college for recruitment, namely, Amazon, Microsoft, Paypal, Walmart, Google, TCS Adobe, Accenture, Wipro etc.
In 2023, the highest package offered was 1.02 Crores per annum. and the average seems to be at 9 lakhs per annum. I don't have the details of per company statistics.
about 85% to 90% of the students get placed in VIT.
My plans after degree would be to gain some work experience for 2 years and then pursue for masters.

- college has competitive, and friendly environment

- the fees is not affordable according to the placment
Placement Experience:
They provid placment for 4th year students.Companies visit are Google, Amazon, Flipkart, TCS.
Percent of students getting placment are very less. The highest package last year was 52 lakhs.
I have planed for higher studies I am going to do MBA.

- Good infrastructure, centralized ac library of different book collection and green certified green campus ,good free wifi network .
- Free gym and ac gym facilities available there are different types of canteen with various types food items
- Ac hostel rooms with comfortable study tables good labs and night canteen facilities
Dislikes
- Entering hostel before 9pm.paying fine of 2000 if we lost id card
- Selecting facilities according to the slots alloted to us these slots will be given based on attendance etc...
- Don't allowing outside food to the hostel
Placement Experience:
Vit chennai offers excellent placement ,with students eligible from 6th semester .top recurities company like wipro, microsoft,tcs and amazon.the highest package reaches around 40lakhs per year.average package 6 to 8 lakhs per year . Maximum students are well placed.

- The placement and internship opportunities are good in VIT.
- The infrastructure is well maintained as compared to other private colleges.
- The faculties in VIT are well qualified and always ready to help students.
Dislikes
- The attendance 75% rule is followed very strictly.
- Taking approvals for leaves and outings is very strict, like first we have to take approval from our respective proctor and proctor approves leave or outing requests after talking to parents.
- The campus is overcrowded,the intake of students increasing every year.

The placement of the college are far better than other private colleges. The eligibility for students for campus placements is that the cgpa must be above 6 and no backlogs. The companies like Microsoft, Texas Instrument, Samsung, MotorQ, Qualcomm, Marvell, Deeshaw, TCS etc came for recruiting students. The highest package for the last year was 1 crore per annum and the average package was 12 lakhs per annum. Almost all the students get placed in some companies. After graduation I also want to go in some super dream company with good package.

- Fest are really good here events take places regularly.
- Faculties and lab facility are really good.
- Campus is green and hostel facility are top notch.
Dislikes
- Limit on going outside hostel after 9 pm.
- Limit on going outside campus every month you need permissions.
- Campus is overcrowded you will feel suffocated seeing so many people.
Placement Experience:
Students become eligible for placement from 6th semester onwards if they complete required no.of credits.

Intel
And many more
Highest package was 1 crore rupees
Average package was 10 lakh
90 percent students placed.

- The thing I like the most about this college is Fully Flexible Credit System which allows students to chose there own timetable and select there professors on there own.
- The social interaction is very high because of various clubs and events.
- College aims to provide 100 percent placement however fails to do so but provides approximately 93 percent placement with the average package of 8LPA.
Dislikes
- There is too much crowd of students in this college which develops the competition for the placement
- Professors are not so friendly with with students
Placement Experience:
Yes, VIT Chennai offers placements for students.
From the 5th semester, students aee eligible for campus placements.
Companies like google, tcs, infosys, wipro, accenture, Microsoft and many more visits every year for placements here and offer atleast 10 to 20 jobs according to Companies needs.
Last year the highest package was 65 lacs and the average package was 10 lacs.
I've a plan to study abroad for MBA after the degree.

- Sports equipments are well equipped in all fields
- Vit curricular is as per today's time it gets updated
- Over 200 clubs are there in VIT in which you can enroll
Dislikes
- Mass intake of students in VIT approx 18000
- Rules are very strict and have to be followed
- In time of hostels is 9:00PM they follow it
Placement Experience:
Placemnts offered in VIT is quite good and placement ratio is also fantastic if you are deserving one or have qualities which company asked you will surely be placed and also vit supports startups if you have any

- Discipline of My college is too good,too many rules.
- For girl it's rules and disciple are too good .

- Too much hectic rules and disciple of our college.
- There is no more events for fun of students inside this.
- For going out or leave there is a long process

Placement offered by VIT is great and interesting and internships given by them are also reputed and many offer greater than 50L package which is good to kickstart your career and else you can go off campus for placement

In terms of academics, Amrita University matches the IIT syllabus and course structure. The infrastructure and laboratories are in good condition. The college works closely with businesses and other educational institutions. Many academic activities are being carried out to ensure effective information exchange.
College life is the most interesting part. Amrita University's Coimbatore campus is one of the cleanest in India and spans 500 acres. Amrita is a very diverse campus and a great place to make new friends. There is no such constraint. Cell phones are not permitted in the classroom. However, after leaving the classroom, you can talk to your loved ones. A minimum attendance requirement of 80% must be met, or you must present sufficient justification for your absence.
Amrita provides free wifi that is typically 0.5Mbps fast. Aside from YouTube, Facebook, and a few other sites, most academic content is available. Everything else is restricted. Only nutritious vegetarian food is served. The menu is adequate for a South Indian restaurant. If you are a traveler, you will have enough vacation time in Amrita to visit all of India in two years. The resident warden must grant permission for the outing. Every time a girl needs an outing pass, she must submit a fax from her parents. You can earn millions if you plan on participating in and winning every cultural event that is held there. It is an excellent world-class platform for showcasing and honing your skills.
This academic year, Atlassian is the employer with the highest salary on offer to Amrita students, with a staggering 52 lakhs offered annually. Microsoft offered 43 lakhs per year in salary, while Cisco hired 27 students at a CTC of 29.18 lakhs per year.
According to the most recent report, the highest and average compensation packages offered during the 2022 placement drive were INR 19.17 LPA and INR 6.72 LPA, respectively. Furthermore, in 2022, 93 recruiters participated in the placement process, placing 261 students in new-age job profiles.
