My 1st priority in colleges was IIT and NIT but didn't cleared advanced so I decided to join VIT chennai. I also applied for various other colleges like Manipal, Sathyabama institute and many more but vit was my 1st priority among all these because it has a very good image in india and also it stands on 13th rank in nirf ranking And the admission process is very easy in vit . 1. The faculty to student ratio is 1:50 and the relationship between student and faculty is very good and students can approach there faculties almost all the time in there cabin. Prof. Sandip Saha is the best faculty because he is very friendly and supporting and aso teaches well. Dr. Gunabalan R is the faculty I don't like as he very strict and doesn't give marks. There are total of 3 exams conducted per semester which includes cat 1 , cat2 and fat Cat 1 is easy and cat 2 is open notes exam while fat consists of full syllabus of the semester
