Likes

I liked that most of the faculty seem pretty good in their field.
Placement is good average package is almost 15 lakh per annum
You can make good friends and paricipate and sports facilities

Dislikes

Veg mess food is pathetic. Most of the times, menu is even ont followed.
It is 15 km away from the city una that is the problem for students
There is communication gap between the administration. As there is no Student Body. So sometimes Students phase the issues.

Campus : I love the campus most. Here you can enjoy and travel like manali, kullu etc.

Dislikes

Courses : Here courses are not well planed. In first semester you have to study biotechnology that is completely useless.
Attendance : 75% attendance criteria is very bad and frustrating. No matter how bad your condition is, if you fail to get 75% criteria then you will not be allowed to give the exam.
There is no ambulance service for any emergency.

Campus placement starts in the 7th semester and ends at the end of the 8th semester. Amazon: 7 offers. TCS: 1 Offer (Was a pool drive). C-DOT: 11 offer Deloitte: 17 offer Jio: 25 offer. Smart Coin: 3 offer. Publicis Sapient: 8 offers. Off-campus: LinkedIn (1), Grow(2), Myfab11 (2), Quizizz (3). A total of 140 offers were made. Total Percentage: 88%.

The campus is well build and there is ground for almost all sports

Dislikes

since collage has just got new campus , very few shops are near market is small as of now.

the 6th semester is entirely dedicated to internships may get a pre-placement offer from the company itself, Amazon, LinkedIn, CDOT(govt. company), Goldman Sachs, Bharat Pay, etc, have visited more detail can be found on the institute website.

Placements are quite decents. Many big MNC visits campus for placements
Coding culture of college is very good. Students actively take participate in various coding contests

Dislikes

College Life is quite poor, since the institute opened in 2014 onkly so its infrastructure is not quite good. So many restrictions are imposed on students

IIIT Una has a decent placement. Companies like Amazon, JIO, Smartcoin, Delloite, MarketExcel, Publicis Sapient etc visit the campus. Students in the 8th semester are eligible for campus placements. The highest pakage is 44 lpa offered by Amazon to 7 students. The average pakage of the institute is 12.1 LPA.

6th-semester students become eligible for campus placement. Amazon, Flipkart, Google, Deloitte, etc companies visited and no of offers is 30 to 50. The highest package is 75 lakh and the lowest package is 8.5 lakh. 96 % of students get placement. Business after getting the degree.

Companies like Amazon, Google, TCS, etc. visited the college and give many offers to the students. In 6th semester you can take an internship. 6th semester is fully dedicated to internships only.

Course Curriculum Overview:

B.Tech ECE is a good course and it offers a good number of opportunities to students. Faculty: student is at about 1:20 in our branch. Faculties are well qualified from IIT, NIT, and IIIT with B Tech or Ph.D. There are two CT(Cycle Tests) per semester and one End Semester ends. That's why it is a little bit difficult to examine the schedule concerning NITs or IITs.

Campus is new so the facility is low

Placement Experience:

last year is 12lpa. The highest package of last year is 47 LPA on Amazon. And this year also placements are good. Some students got amazon, Groww, and other good companies. I think 90-95% of students get placed every year in college. And the internship there will be a dedicated semester for doing an internship.

One of the fastest growing IIIT

Placement Experience:

At IIITU it is compulsory for all students to do a 6 months internship in the 6th semester. The highest on-campus package of last year was 47lpa and the average package of around 12lpa. The placements for this year are not revealed yet. But it is far better than in previous years.

This time Amazon offered the highest package of 60LPA. And the lowest package received was 3.6LPA average package is 14LPA.90%students are placed till now
