- 8000 is tution fees here and lots of scholarship like e grants and many other for students and lower caste people getting more scholarship...as a aid ... and it's nice policy mcm is a good scholarship
- The faculty to student ratio is appropriate they provide great support highly skilled faculties good quality mentoring good in interactions and helping in study they reach out to us for any help regarding the syllabus
- Life in gec us best best policy,best pics and best freedom here is best and nice we can think well and well established life here is peace peace fullued with peace no dugs no other misallenious activities in gec
Dislikes
- The ladies hostel in our college is the shittiest ever .
- There is no playground's in my college so we missed a lot of activities there.
- No of students interested in b.tech is getting lower and lower by year

- Boy to girl ratio is 1:1.a good environment is built by teachers and students. This encouraged competitive minds. IEEE is strong in sct. Students have been given numerous opportunities and has all, won many competitions.
- The CGPU unit or placement unit of the college is one of the strongest with promising jobs. It has given training to all students from branches hence training them for highly competitive aptitude. They have provided best options for higher studies.
- NSS is a club that works a charity group. It works for the society . Collecting funds and goods from students. It has made a huge contribution to the society and is still is. Many students are encouraged in working together and building team spirits.
Dislikes
- The college has a very small ground. Students who play games like kho kho , handball, basketball, football and cricket has to go to otehr collegea for practice. Despite many strikes and protests no actions have been taken by management .
- The new mini canteen that has been put up recently has very limited options. Hence as students we go outside college premises for lunch. The lunch in canteen is also little expensive. Also the old mini canteen was nice but they stopped it.
- Despite the college having won many cultural fests it does not have a stage or an auditorium. It is conducted openly under a pavilion. If there is rain then event will be cancelled. Despite protests the management has not taken any action.
Placement Experience:
Placements are pretty good here. The chlu unit or placement unit works in traing the student to attain a secure job.
Stidents of semester 7 can start applying for the placements. Around 60 percent of students are placed in numerous companies and mncs.
The companies that often ivite students are tcs, infosys, oracle and accenture.
They provide an annual salary of 5 lakh per annum. It is a mass recruitment. But alart from that studenta are given gate coaching. Hence they either ho for higher studies or opt for psu companies like sets, hpl etc. But the highest package given was 12 lakh for a student who went to maharatna company through gate in the previous year.
In total around 30 companies visit every year. Companies like google, microsoft, pinterest has also recruited students from the college.
My plan is to go for gate coaching during 3rd year. And appearing for 2027 exam to clear it and to attain a psu company job. Work for 2 to 3 years in that company and look for more opportunities in abroad later.

- Quality of education and the faculty: The faculty we have here is knowledgable
- Infrastructure and labs: the college has well equipped labs
- Course curriculum: thr course curriculum is well structured and organized
Dislikes
- Placement opportunities for biotech companies are really low
- College could improve interms of extracurricular activities
- The number of girls are relatively lower with more boys
Course Curriculum Overview:
I chose this course because of the subjects that we have to learn. They were quite interesting. The curriculum is well structured in a manner so that the student can complete and understand the basics of the subjects after completing each semester. The subjects taught need not require that much of a change. Teachers can interact a bit more with students during the classes. The exam timings are fine. But i think they should just conduct a single exam in a day while conducting internals

- College is near bus stop which is very helpful .
- Has many good friends who are supportive and really kind.
- College is located near city which is helpful to access.
Dislikes
- There is no hostel service by the college which is really big problem.
- Its a very small college compared to other colleges.
- Biotech labs are situated at an inner corner and not much facilities

Course Curriculum Overview:
So our curicullum includes good subjects as well as few irrelevant subjects eventough wea re biotechnology and Biochemical the subjects tends to incline more to Biochemical aspect and less biotechnology. When it comes to lab knowledge its very less comparatively. When it comes to real world perspective the knowledge we acquire here is not so good. Difficulty level of exams are fine whereas the timing of exams sometimes seems of Course curriculum needed to be improved accordin to the subject preferences. Teaching beeded to be more interactive and not only classroom nature.

- It's really good to study a college where we can enjoy and study at the same time, our cultural fests are incredibly great and we like every kind of activities that are related to personal growth.

- The supply and other examination things are bad
- The university, they need to understand our side and treat us like their asset and for the future they have to provide good education and don't
- Please university please make us pass our exams
Course Curriculum Overview:
It was good except maths and we need to focus on how to make money,like startup plans and other practical things. And need to focus on changing the outdated syllabus and more so that students can have an idea of the ongoing or future events and trends.

- The environment of the campus is good and classes are nice
- Lab facilities are good and the lectureers are very helpful
- Fees is low compared other colleges and good environment
Dislikes
- The campus is small compared to other colleges
- The fees is gradually increasing over the years
- Attendance is mandatory and must be above 75 percent
Course Curriculum Overview:
I like biotechnology so I chooosed this course as I love genes and genetics
The curriculum prepares us adequate enough to work in real world
The frequency of exam is high and the difficulty is also a bit hard

- There are so many stairs in the collage.
- Some of the Faculties are very bad......
- There are only few events in this college
Placement Experience:
From 5th semester onwards students become eligible for campus placements.
Tata, ibm visited this college and made offers. Highest package they offered is 10lpa. My plan is to prepare for gate examination

Placement Experience:
Students of semester 67 and 8 are eligible for chemistry there are several companies that defeated and number of placement offer or college. There are most of the students are shipping out of the college with cambris placement only if you are not getting jobs

- There is enough lab facilities in the college.so it helps in doing lab more comfortable .
- Collage has conducted many sports matches to encourage sports like football, badminton.
- The faculties are also nice and they teaches in a good way
Dislikes
- The space inside collage is limited.like the ground is very small
- Collage do not have a hostel for both boys and girls.
- During odd sems there is no entertainment program.
Placement Experience:
From last 2 years the placement came down .But before that the placement was very good.Now the average package is about 6 lakh .And about 100 students are placed every year.The major companies are TATA LEXY, INFOSYS etc.

Students from seventh semester are getting placed in various companies. Majority of the compines are from IT field. So in CSE department around 85-90% students get placed as per the past year. When comes to overall placement statistics it quiet average.

- Low maintenance building for biotechnology department
- For department of biotechnology,it has very old instruments
- Placement options are very less or not there,1 company only which recruits only inside 10 students from a class of 64
Course Curriculum Overview:
Course curriculum is very much not at all for application purposes , even in lab exams we have to byheart the whole theory and more marks are being awarded for the theory written paper in lab exams than the practical experiment we had done
