Course Curriculum Overview

Course relevance can be improve as of now they are teaching us the old syllabus for by this time could be improve and could be teaching US new things that can be useful for the future instead of teaching us the past

Internships Opportunities

Vera lot of friendship activities and eligibility in our college conducted as per our interest and companies should be attended and permission should be taken by ourself the teaching staff will be helping for getting that permission

Placement Experience

Students of semester 67 and 8 are eligible for chemistry there are several companies that defeated and number of placement offer or college. There are most of the students are shipping out of the college with cambris placement only if you are not getting jobs

Fees and Financial Aid

45k per year.this contain full tution and all fees.management seats will have a 90k per year fee structure.merit seats are available for scholarship students ,overall nice and the faculties are worth for the fees ,even the facilities.

Campus Life

There are several AC festivals and activities conducted in a program college main event is known as culpaway which mean program with big artist and all will be participating. And there are several clubs in our college and the currently active one is the national service scheme

Hostel Facilities

Fossil is not provided by the college and we have to get a hostel or PG outside the campus and there are many hostels and PGS within the 1 km radius of the camps itself and the fee structure will be around a 4000 to 6000 rupees

Admission

I have upload for apply for this college in gym because I want 100 to study out of my hometown so that it good help me in building a character and helping a helping to improve a character so that I can stand alone wherever I go

Faculty

Faculties are nice,even if a faculty is on leave ,another another faculty will cover up the space of the faculty who is only leave. All the faculties are train professionals who are capable of teaching students of all levels.

Night Life

Unfortunately there is no nightlife in our college as the college campus will be shut down on sharps 7 and it will change according to the friends full the garden principle is not allowing anyone inside the campus after 7:00 p.m.

IIIT KOTTAYAM - a Honest review

Placement Experience:

As seniors said the average package is around 10lpa.If you have descent skills and above 8 cgpa you will get this average package. If you upskill yourself with effort which many students do here then you can also get above 15lpa which many seniors got.The highest package was off-campus by an ECE Student in Google despite having cgpa around 6.He had very good skills as a full stack developer.

Placement Experience:

The placements here are quite good, but not great. Because only 50% of students in a class are getting placed. From S7 onwards the placements have been started for our department. But for other departments, from S8 only companies have arrived. For CSE department, many companies are coming which include Cognizant, SOTI, Mitsogo, EY, 6D Technologies, etc. Our senior batch students have placed at many companies in this. But comparing with other senior batches, the placements at our batch is really bad.

The length of course curriculum is very short. It is very difficult for both students and teachers to complete the syllabus in limited time period.The exam timing are also very conjusted and students are facing many difficulties because of it .

IIST - A good campus to live but with high restrictions.

Placement Experience:

The campus placement is there in the campus.A lot of companies visit to the campus. From this year more private companies are visiting because of the breaking of bond with ISRO due to which students are getting good package.

Placement Experience:

Students are eligible for placement from the 7th semester and internship from 3rd semester. You can apply for internship on your own right from first semester but college gives aid from 3rd semester. The major recruiter is ISRO which offers 40-45 jobs for aerospace engineering. Also other companies like CDac Airbus Boeing and DRDO and HAL visit for recruitment. Nearly 85-90% students get placed while some opt for Higher education and research too. My primary goal is to get into ISRO also I will be preparing for gate examination to complete my IIT dream.

I choose this college because it has vibrant campus life and freedom.It also has good placement records,good pass percentage. I also took due to distance advantage.This college also has good faculty, teaching. Although the campus is small, the infrastructure is well maintained. It has well structured labs.I also looked for cet, Trivandrum but I didn't get it because of my keam rank. The exam accepted for the course is keam and most of the students prefer it. A look inside Sct - Campus life, Academics and more

The main reason I chose this college was because this as under the Government of Kerala. It is held jointly by both government and ksrtc. This the standard of teachers will be better than other private colleges and campus life would be better as well. I have gotten confirmed admission from Amritha University and FISAT. I chose Sct because of the above given reason and also because of its location in trivandrum. I had applied to both Cet and Gect but I didn't pass the cutoff. The admission price for SCTCE is through KEAM which is held by the government of Kerala.
