I got admission in govt merit seat. In merit seats,the total fees for 4 years is 2,33,875. The first year fees is 68650 which includes: Tuition fees: 40520 Admission fees: 240 Ktu fee: 6580 Caution deposit: 5000 Special fee: 2910 Swaf: 3850 Institutional dev fund: 5000 PTA: 4500 Society: 50 The management fees for the first year is 1,03,390 and for the total 4 years is 3,83,625. The ksrtc quota fee is also same as the management fee. The nri quota fee 2,74,840 for the 1st year including refundable deposit of 1,25,000. The nri quota fees for the rest 3 years is 4,33,985. I am not availing any scholarships currently. The available merit cum scholarships are: Reliance foundation ug scholarship Aicte Scholarship IET india scholarship Central sector scholarship Amazon future engineering scholarship Legrant scholarship etc.

As I have entered under the management quota my yearly fees for this year (2nd) is Rs 79,030. For first year it was a little over Rs 93,000. Along with that we have to pay extra fees like ktu,pta fund extra amounting to about Rs 10,300 every year. For the general quota the tuition fees is Rs 42,550 along with the extra fees it's Rs 52,890. There are many scholarships for economically backward, women and SC/ST students such as Women in engineering by IEEE. There are also some scholarships held by other entities. But there are not many scholarship for general category students.

There are 2 categories merit qouta low fee amd merit qouta full fee. Candidates with higher keam rank are given priority for the merit qoutas. I am under merit low fee category. I was under high fee category but i got into low fee through spot admission. For merit low fee: First yr: 65,500 is the yearly fee where 42,500 is the tuition fee amd 5000 as caution deposit. Other expenses are cult fee , admission fee special fee etc. Second yr: 55,180 is the yearly fee other expenses include ktu fee of 5830 and tuition fee is 44,680 and special fee 3220. Third yr: 57, 590 for mechanical amd biotechnoly branches and 57,270 for other branches. Tuition fee is 46,920. 700 for pta , 5830 for ktu fee and other fees. Foirth year:yearly fee is 59,995. Tuition fee is 49,270. Ktu fee is 5715.special fee is 3560.700 for pta fee and 750 for cult. For merit full fee: First yr: 1,02,030 is yearly fee. tuition fee is 79,030. Pta fee and caution deposit is 5000 each. Society fee is 50 Second yr:93,490 is yearly fee. Tuition fee is 82,990.ktu fee 5830.special fee is 3220. Cult fee 750. Third year: 97,810 for mechanical and biotechnology branch. 97,490 for other branches. 5830 is ktu fee for mech and biotechnology and 5510 for other branch. Tuition fee is 87,140. Fourth year:97,490 is yearly fee. Tuition fee is 91,500.special fee is 3560. Cult fee is 750 and pta fee is 700. Other qoutas are NRI, SC/ST and TFW. NRI:2,75,800 is the yearly fee. I am studing in merit quota in this college. So i have to pay an average of 55000 per year. This yearly payment is for 2 sems. The amount can vary between 50000 to 60000 because it includes pta fund, admission fee etc. For mangament seat an average fee is 80,000 and for nri it is above 100000. The caution fund is 10,000 which is also included here. Some students get fee waiver so they only need to pay 10,000. For SC and ST they need to pay below 10000. The college doesnt offer any scholarship but if we want to apply to any we will get help from the college. The exam fee is also included here in this fee structure but for extra exams like minor and honor we have to pay extra fee. And in second year for CGPU training we paid 2000

When we take admission for the merit seat, we will have to pay an amount of 65000 and after that we will have to pay an amount of 40000. When it comes to the management seat we will have to pay an amount of 75000 per year. This college provides additional reservation for ksrtc employees students too. But for the NRI quota students, they will have to pay an amount of 1 to 1.5lakhs approximately. And yes various number of scholarships are available for the students too. Considering this a govt aided college, placements are available. There is 100 percent placement for the CS branch students and also for other students too. So there is no need to worry about the placements.
