- 8000 is tution fees here and lots of scholarship like e grants and many other for students and lower caste people getting more scholarship...as a aid ... and it's nice policy mcm is a good scholarship
- The faculty to student ratio is appropriate they provide great support highly skilled faculties good quality mentoring good in interactions and helping in study they reach out to us for any help regarding the syllabus
- Life in gec us best best policy,best pics and best freedom here is best and nice we can think well and well established life here is peace peace fullued with peace no dugs no other misallenious activities in gec
Dislikes
- The ladies hostel in our college is the shittiest ever .
- There is no playground's in my college so we missed a lot of activities there.
- No of students interested in b.tech is getting lower and lower by year

- Teachers are quite resourceful and approachable
- College library is very much calm and soulful place to visit
Dislikes
- Gorls and boys hostel have different rules regarding curfew time and other factors
- Placements are mostly oriented for CS students
- College infrastructure is average and is quite inadequate
Placement Experience:
Placement is pretty much good. If you are a CS student, then you have plenty of opportunities to secure a job from various esteemed companies. As far as a other branches are concerned thay have limited number of opportunities.

- Here the food they provide in canteen and mess of hostel is tasty
- Here the other thing is attitude of students are nice and approachable
- And also provide a neat and tidy atmosphere around college that is well maintained
Dislikes
- The attitude of teachers here especially few of them are very irritating
- Sometimes often people here used to get food poisoning
- It is located in an interior part of the city so very hard to find good restaurants
Course Curriculum Overview:
The course I don't know it's totally dependent on the students skills so here the placement and stuff is only for those who are totally confident and very good at programming irrespective of their branch

- College infrastructure is good .It has football,cricket, basketball grounds.Respective blocks for departments.And department wise fests
- One thing I likes the most was college provides different time for freshers and seniors for lunch.So that ragging can be decreased to an extent.
- Raging is preventing as if for now as we have to fill certain anti-ragging forms and the college provides suspension even for small ragging if the faculties see around .
Dislikes
- College is quite strict like a cbse school.
- Industrial visit is just once in 4 years .It needs to be atleast 2 trips.
- College must provide more fests and tech fests.
Placement Experience:
College actually provides placements in all the departments.During covid pandemic around 85% from ECE department was placed .After the pandemic placement decreased for ECE just because of the lack of soft skills .Whereas computer science department has always 90%placements even now.Even civil and mecha getting placed in fields and proper automobile companies.

- I like the seniors, they are very kind to us
- People are very supportive here and provide a lot of oppurtunites

- There are some teachers who are very entitled
- The campus is very small compared to other campus
- There are very few sports facilities available here
Course Curriculum Overview:
I already loved the idea of studying mechanical engineering few years back even though i knew nothing about it, i think it was just a feeling. We have a new scheme right now so idk how the curriculum is going to shape us but i will hope for the best. One thing is we have a lot of portions to cover but very little time to cover it, so thats a problem

- There is very few sports and games conducted
Placement Experience:
The companies that give campus placement are all marketing or call centre jobs. There are very few relevant companies that come to our college for placements. Most of the students apply for off campus placements. That is the most relevant way to get good placements.

On campus placements are okay. Most final year students with decent cgpa will be placed with an average package of 2 lpa .
No big companies hold placement in our campus.
There is option to get off campus placements and they do provide coaching for placement

- College is run by college union members more than the principal

I choose b-tech as it is my ambition
My aim was to become a software engineer
So took the stream computer Science
Examination conducted by the college is way too strict and it is held like university examination

- Our campus greenary was so beautiful and awesome
- Our college canteen was so nice and there was so peaceful
- Faculty was soo friendly and provide college bus
Dislikes
- Early morning class our time is 9.00am so dayscholars have some difficulty
- Exams are coming faster in our 1st semester it is overload
- Sitting afternoon lecture was so booring
Placement Experience:
Our college have a placement team for building the skill of each student's..they select some students they are capable to do any works and they gave a valuable training to them..they will provide lots of workshop and all .pas percentage of this college is more and after this course my plan is startup a company

- The college provides you with great oppurtunities to shine and expose your self.
- The college atmosphere and environment are so calming and mind relaxing.
- The faculties are very supportive and helpful. They are always willing to solve our doubts and concerns.
Dislikes
- As it is a good college there is a great competiton between students.
- Canteen facilities are not so good. they have the same meal menu for everyday.
- Placement facilities for some departments are very poor as compared to the rest of the departments.

Course Curriculum Overview:
The course curiculum provided by KTU is a bit tough . we face a serious issue with the tight schedules of exams like series exams 1 and 2. In my opinion the exam scheduled should be conducted prior to the commencement of classes whivh helps the students to prepare more efficiently and effectively.

- Mentor provides internship opportunities after 1st year itself.
- Really friendly and Experienced teachers.
- The number of students in each class are very less.
Dislikes
- There aren't many shops or restaurants nearby, so ordering food is difficult.
- The labs need a lot of improvement, not many equipments
- Situated in a rural area, making transportation difficult
Placement Experience:
Students are eligible for internship from final year.
Last year students were offered internship at Litmus7.
The average pack is 6Lakhs per anum
the college assures that above 90% students will get placed, and they make sure to do everything they can to help us with it.

ISRO has given Anna University the task of creating the "Microsatellite" known as ANUSAT.
It is the first university in India to have a satellite that will carry payloads for technological demonstrations. ANUSAT, which weighs about 35 kg and uses 40 W of power, will function as a store and forward communication station. There are ground stations at MIT, AU, and IIT Kharagpur. The total cost of the project is Rs. 5 crores, and a clean room is included. A facility for assembly is established at the MIT Aerospace department. The structure is built at the College of Engineering, Guindy, along with significant power and other electronic subsystems. Software for thermal, control, orbital, ground and payload systems is created by MIT and Anna University departments.
