It's a decent college

The curriculum of the course is really outdated. There is almost no relevant topics except from a few papers. The curriculum doesn't prepare is for the new ai era. Ktu curriculum should be updated to fit new and modern technologies

On campus placements are okay. Most final year students with decent cgpa will be placed with an average package of 2 lpa . No big companies hold placement in our campus. There is option to get off campus placements and they do provide coaching for placement

Year wise fee for the course is 75,000 for management seat. For others it is around 90,000. Other fees including exam fee, registry fee , transportation fee all round up the yearly fee to 1,00,000 There are goverment scholarship available for some students like e-gransts and other fees reductions for low income category

The only guaranteed fest are onam and Christmas celebration. There may be some technical and non technical fests like arts and other programs. Overall program and fests are pretty low. Every semester has one sport activity. Social life in collage is pretty boring

I applied for a few other colleges in ernakulam and trissur but I didn't choose that because this was closer to my home and was easier to travel from home. The admission process of college is simple and straightforward. You have to come to college and proceed with the instructions they give. All we have to do is to bring a few documents and fill some forms and pay the fees

The faculty to student relationship is very nice. All the teaching and non teaching staff of computer science department are friendly and helpful There is a total of 3 exams per semester 2 internal exam and 1 semester exam Average pass percentage of class of around 75 percent The curriculum is very outdated and doesn't have anything relevant to modern subjects.

The campus has lakes, parks and other attractions in the area but is a little walking distane away. There is only 2 hosteler from our class Most students are day scholars. There are some lakes and a sculpture park which is fun to visit and calm
