- In vi semester students become eligible for internships and placements companies like infosys ,wipro , accenture, amazon etc last year amazon offered highest package in university of 44lpa my plan is to place in good company or startup
- The faculties are highly educated and they have good experience in teaching and very friendly
- I mostly liked was fee structure and the scholarship there providing for students
Dislikes
- No i didn't write any entrance exams .they have done the admission process by only the cut off marks of 12th standard.there is no eligibility every one can join.fees structure they will give when you visit the college admission block.
- Things i dislike in collage that is they will give attention only tamil students
- I don't like the way of correction of answer sheet these done based on writing not on content

Placement Experience:
From semester 6, the placements will be started for the students and they are so many companies that visited our company like TATA, Tcs, Wipro, Accenture, cognizant, Hcl, and some other companies and the highest package is 44 LPA and the lowest will be around 2 LPA.

From the second year onwards you are eligible for internships and from 3rd year you will be eligible for on campus placement. There are almost 165+ companies will be coming for the placement. On campus placement is quite good.

Students as soon as they reach the 6 semester their Eligibility for placement begins and it ends till 8th semester/final year.
Companies that visited the campus are Amazon, Deloitte, PWC, TCS, Wipro, Cognizant, Infosys, Hexaware, and Capgemini, and almost 500 companies visited including startup organizations.
The highest package received was 45 LPA as a Software engineer at Amazon.
The percentage of students getting placed is 60%
Currently recruited as a Programmer Analyst at Cognizant and planned to work and gain experience as now.

By end of the 6th Semester, students can eligible for placements. Companies like Zoho, virtuosa, Cap Gemini, Cognizant, Wipro, TCS, and many more visits the college. The total number of students placed this year is 1001 and still going on.
The highest package offered was 20lpa and the average is 6lpa.

After the 6th semester, students are eligible for placement and the highest package of 2022 is 45 lakhs by 1 student in Amazon company many more companies visit this college Wipro, Infosys, Capgemini, and many other companies which you will get the whole details in the college site with the packages. The average package is 4 lakhs and till now the highest package is for 2022 only. Before that, it was 10 lakhs-15lakhs.

This year, the placement department has done a good job by placing a huge number of students in leading companies. A lot of companies visit our college for placements, but only a few students get placed(based upon there talents and skills they will be selected). Total of 1042 students are placed in the year 2021.

Course Curriculum Overview:
I chose this course because of my interest in the aviation industry and eagerness to work in the airport in future. the faculty-student ratio was 1:25 in core courses whereas 1:5 or 6 in programme elective courses.
All the faculty teaching in vel tech are qualified and it's very easy to pass the exam in vet tech as there were all the necessary materials and books are available in the library.

I have a few friends from Vel Tech University and according to them, it is a decent college with affordable course fees. A B.E from Val Tech will cost you around 2 lakhs.
Mainly IT companies visit the college campus to recruit students from IT, CSE, EEE branches. So, you will get decent placement opportunities. You will be placed if your aptitude and spoken English are good.
According to the recent placement highlights, around 90% of students are placed. The highest package last year was 12 LPA. The college has a placement cell that invites a number of companies. Some of the major recruiters visiting the campus placements are Google, Capgemini, Amazon, Vivo, etc.
Career guidance programs are conducted twice a week. Some highly skilled professors are allocated for teaching online exams which are conducted under the guidance of the smart teaching staff.
