In vi semester students become eligible for internships and placements companies like infosys ,wipro , accenture, amazon etc last year amazon offered highest package in university of 44lpa my plan is to place in good company or startup
The faculties are highly educated and they have good experience in teaching and very friendly
I mostly liked was fee structure and the scholarship there providing for students

Dislikes

No i didn't write any entrance exams .they have done the admission process by only the cut off marks of 12th standard.there is no eligibility every one can join.fees structure they will give when you visit the college admission block.
Things i dislike in collage that is they will give attention only tamil students
I don't like the way of correction of answer sheet these done based on writing not on content

Vel Tech A place to Learn and Grow

Likes

Socially interactive staffs and students. Everyone were friendly even the faculties were so kind and generous
Our faculties were ranking up to Mtech degrees and then they are qualified teachers.Also some of them are holding PhD too

Dislikes

Roads and transportation. Those roads are poor and its difficult to travel in it
Food and accommodation in Hostels. Preferably canteen foods are good compared to Hostel

Course Curriculum Overview:

Accounting and Financing is my intrest When the world start to depend on AI, I started to learn Accounts and Commerce concepts. It prepares me more intellectual, and enables me to handle real world tasks. Moreover I am learning something which is never thought by schools.(Discipline, Social interactions). It needs to include real time example and focus on economics and history of Accounting Exams are conducted twice in a semester (internal) and end semester exams are conducted once per semester The difficulty of the exams are really easy if we just pay attention for the lectures

Teachers are friendly and so close to the student.
They are put the mentor mentee system under the management

In college timeing was very good student are very good and friendly
Teacher are very good talent and friendly and teaching very 6
In collage program was very good like cricket tournament conducted and management give price money

Dislikes

College design was not good exam are conducting very fast
Facilities are given in lab work and teaching very good talent
In collage Dean and other members put rules are very strong

Veltech university

Likes

more cultural activities and every festival was celebrated
Mant clubs are there in the college like IEEE and arts and drama etc.
And sports clubs also there like cricket club ,kabbadi club etc.

Dislikes

nothing to dislike but as compared to other colleges here placemesnts was less
and also no less hostels ithink they are constructing a new
else nothing to disliked everything id good

Placement Experience:

from the semister of 7 we can eligible for placements and also if any company comes in 6th sem they will alow you to write placement exam.tcs and wipro and capgemini visited around 200 members was selected.

The teaching methods of faculties are so good

Balancing academics work and social life is exhausting
Tuition housing and living expenses can be overhelming leading to student loan debt.
Maintaing good grades while juggling responsibilities caj be overwhelming

The infrastructure of our beloved college
The surrounding area and the grass areas
The staffs who gives the solution for the problems

Dislikes

They kept college for 7 45 in the morning
The hostel have some bad smell around the area
Some staffs may behave like vulgar action

Some of the subjects like constitution of india and auto cad are waste of time i think because its only have just 15 hours totally and they kept like it is very important subjects like that i don't like it

Veltech university officially known as veltech ranagarajan which is located in chennai
It is recognized for its focus on engineering,technology and research

Dislikes

While veltech has several strengths like any institution.
The tution fee especially for management quota seats.
The university enforces strict attendance requirements

The Veltech Review

The hostel facility is really nice and food here is reallly good, escpecially when someone goes to gym.There will be egg everyday in the afternoon and chicken everyday at the night
The classes from 2nd year are very flexible and they can be set up as we intend them to be
The faculty are very friendly and lenient, we can even go in our free hours to clarify our doubts

Dislikes

The exposure is very less we cant go to other college events and expect our attendence to be marked
There is no ragging but the local influence is strong
The holidays are very less, even after the semester ends we cant have atleast 1 month of holidays, and forget about short breaks.It is quite difficult foer people from long distances to travel to and fro from the college

Placement Experience:

We will be eligible from campus placements from 5th semester, the placement officer are really nice and they really work hard to get the companies to our colleges We recently got companies like Accenture, Opentext, Ascendion and other for recruiting this year Almsot 90% of the students applied gets placed in the companies

Think twice before you join veltech university

Likes

Classrooms are good and having projector also in every class
Labs are good for programs execution and chemistry labs and physics labs are also good
There are many clubs for students to focus on their liked activities

Dislikes

There is a lot of problem in network very slow and weak wifi access
College runs more hours from morning 7:30 to evening 6:00
Hostel facilities are not good and food is also not good

I have a few friends from Vel Tech University and according to them, it is a decent college with affordable course fees. A B.E from Val Tech will cost you around 2 lakhs.

Mainly IT companies visit the college campus to recruit students from IT, CSE, EEE branches. So, you will get decent placement opportunities. You will be placed if your aptitude and spoken English are good.

According to the recent placement highlights, around 90% of students are placed. The highest package last year was 12 LPA. The college has a placement cell that invites a number of companies. Some of the major recruiters visiting the campus placements are Google, Capgemini, Amazon, Vivo, etc.

Career guidance programs are conducted twice a week. Some highly skilled professors are allocated for teaching online exams which are conducted under the guidance of the smart teaching staff.
