Vel Tech Multi Tech Admissions
Admissions to the college are sought only on a merit basis. To seek admission to the undergraduate courses, the candidates must have cleared the intermediate examination (10+2) with 50% passing along with a perfect score in Tamil Nadu Engineering Admission (TNEA).
Whereas, for admissions for the post-graduate courses, the candidates must have scored 50% in the final examination of the last year i.e. must have cleared Graduation with Tamil Nadu Common Entrance Test (TANCET) or Graduation Aptitude Test in Engineering (GATE).
How to Apply?
Application for admission can be made either online or offline
- Candidates must register themselves with the respective Entrance examination
- They must download/ collect the application form and fill the same from the college website/ campus.
- The forms would be scrutinized and those who have scored the highest will be called for an interview.

- Hostel: The college provides accommodation facilities for students who have come from different cities and faraway places. It has two separate hostels for both boys and girls located on either side of the college. The hostel rooms have all the facilities for the convenience of the students. The hostel mess is also very reliable and serves delicious meals.
- Library: The college has a Central Library which is quite huge and has plenty of books and journals for the reference of the students. They have a collection of 80,386 books, 4,015 journals, 38 magazines, and 24 Newspapers, and have access to more than 2,100 E-Journals. Apart from the central library, each department has a separate library with a reference collection. They have even upgraded the Library to a Digital Library where there is access to information regarding the collection of books within just a few clicks.
- Sports Facilities: The college has a sports club where almost all kinds of sports are played. The students are allowed to enroll themselves in the club and they are also given opportunities to play for intercollege competitions as well as other high-level competitions.

I came through counselling where I put this college in my choice list. As I know this college is better in providing placements to students. Those who wanna join through management with less college fee and considering about placement can choose this college. Admission process will be simple and to get your wanted course u should have proper cutoff in ur 12 th grade.

I got a good cutoff but i didnt get admission through councelling due to reservations so I tried the management quota the examinations have been conducted once in a 2 weeks and its pretty tough no improvement needed to be done in the admissions

The addmission process is simple they just asked the marks memo and 90 percentage is required for 75 percent of scholarship so it's easy for us to join. And the online exam is also easy so that we can score good Marks

No entrance exam, the eligibility of the course is you must score 70 % above in 12th and You should be interested in programming. You can get the application form by visiting the college. And your cut-off should be above 155.

- The canteen foods are costly and not worth for the money.

I joined vel tech Multi tech college in 2022 by counselling. If you are trying to join in vel tech college through management, you dont need to have high cut-off marks. You can go with even low cut-off marks. But after some period of time, you want to pay some donation fees to the management. So go to the admission early.

Minimum you have of 75 percentage in +2 exams.then only you are eligible for the joining in this university.we can find the application form in online or may be available at the university.it does not availed of reservation benefits.

I took the entrance exam for the eligibility criteria and I got selected based on my entrance exam. The college faculty approached us for admission. There is no reservation based on the cast . I want too see some minor improvements like explaining the core subject content deeply for more understanding of concepts and subjects. I would like to see more facilities in my college at least in the future. it's very easy to read in my college and the faculty are very friendly in nature to discuss the subjects and doubts

The eligiblity to join computer science is to have a cut of more than 190, then the admission process does not tougher than unviersities and no entrance exams and there is a lot of scholarships available for SC,ST students. They want to improve their way of paying fees in online at admission process.
