The college has a favorable faculty-to-student ratio, with at least two teachers per subject. The exam structure includes two sessional exams worth 30 marks each and a 100-mark semester exam, with questions rated as easy to medium. Despite the challenging marking scheme, students often pass with minimal preparation. The curriculum is seen as outdated, but faculty strive to complete it before exams.

Students can participate in campus placements from their 6th semester. Companies like TCS, Wipro, Amazon, Capgemini, and Jio offer roles such as software and web developers, with salary packages ranging from 3 to 15 lakh INR annually. The highest package is 17 lakh INR, while the lowest is 2.6 lakh INR. About 70% of students secure placements, though many find jobs through CDAC or off-campus. The annual tuition fee is about 76,000 INR for the first year, decreasing to 71,100 INR in subsequent years.

Hostel fees are 16,000 INR for regular students and 17,000 INR for first-year newcomers.
