Likes

Department wise building and good techuip faculty were there
Library is provided to study there and you can also take book for 15 days
Dsa faculty is good there but you should try to learn everything on your own.

Dislikes

No placement is there not even a single company came for placement not even for intership
Many faculty were not taking their class
Overall it's good but there's alot they should add like scheduling classes properly

Course Curriculum Overview

Course was quite good I got to learn Data structures and algorithms, operating system, and database and many programming languages, and much more. So like the curriculam but more assignments should be tehre to improve skills in this field.

Class Size: 60Course Fees: INR 54000 per year

Fees and Financial Aid

In my time college fees was 54000 and registeration fee was 20000, and you'll get a government scholarship every year if you apply. You have to pay yearly fee. And for hostel it is 17000. Hostel is good enough.

Campus Life

Yes it wa squite impressing many sports competition and dance and many extra curricular activities were there. We won many competition in cricket also. Overall i liked it. Campus is also good. A gym for students, a Central library is also there.

Hostel Facilities

Yes hostal facility is there. The rent is 17000 for 1st year and for rest 3 year it is 16000. Warden is cooperative and helpful. I really enjoyed my hostel life. It is 2km far from college but it is inside campus to it is safe too.

Hostel Fee: INR 17000 per year

Admission

Actually i got through a entrance exam called AKTU. So this is a reputed government University and placement percentage was not that bad. But during our time pandemic occur and we didn't get placed and the placement department didn't even tried.

Faculty

Some faculty are good they schedule their classes properly and i get to learn so much from them. I got interested in learning programming language, DSA. They also help students specifically. But some faculty should be more attentive about classes it is important.

The Placement In all the Branch is really impressive except civil branch , CSE & IT has offer per student placement of 2 to 3 Companies and average package of 5 to 6 lakh, while in ther branches 90% of student get placed with average package og 3.6 lakh , oly civil suffer in placement with only sucess rate og nearly 30%.

The placements of GCET are considered average to above average for a private college. The average usually looms around 5LPA. The highest CTC offered this year was 39 LPA by Autodesk. Around 70-80 percent students are placed every year.

Real Story of SCRIET

Placement Experience:

From the 8th semester onwards students became eligible for campus placements.They are only few companies come on our college and very few offers.The highesr paid package by an company to our college student is 40 lac per annum but the average package is 4.5 lac per annum.Only 10 percent of students get on campus placements.I will pursue M.Tech from any other university.
