RMLAU Ayodhya Faculty

The college boasts a well-qualified and experienced faculty, with nearly all members holding Ph.D. degrees and some being NET qualified. The student-to-teacher ratio is approximately 40:1, ensuring personalized attention. The faculty offers interactive and supportive teaching, with live classes on practical subjects like Excel. They handle both regular and private courses across various programs, including B.A, M.A, B.Ed, B.Com, and M.Com. There are two semesters each year, with a total of six exams over three years for B.Com students.

The exams are structured to be easy to moderate. Faculty members are approachable, fostering a friendly and cooperative learning environment. They guide students in both academic and career-related matters, with some having significant industry experience.
