The faculty student ratio good learning experience good teaching and mentorship good good teachers and good environment knowledge so much in teachers good all are good very good so positive environment
I personally benefited from the "merit excellence scholarship" and also secured an on-campus job as a research assistant with a stipend, providing valuable financial support during my studies.
I am confident that i will be able to find a good job after graduation, thanks to the strong relationships that my university has with top companies.

Dislikes

The faculty is not that good. like the teacher i'm provided with are not that good
Scholarships they have this crazy deal there, if you get detained in 1st year in any subject, or reappear in any subject, your scholarship will be gone.
The placement of my college is growing but is not quite good right now

Likes

provides exposure and give opportunity to interact with people from different places
provides many opportunities in academics, sports and extra cirriculars
provides lots of sources of entertainment such as fests and concerts

Dislikes

not enough leaves/ holidays are given. 75% attendance critera
sometimes it becomes difficult to get your medical leave approved
relative grading - this leads to fall in cgpa

Placement Experience:

the college offers good number of placement opportutnities for post graduate and under graduate students. students become elegible for their placements from fifth semester (Under Graduate) and third semester (Post Graduate). the average package is around six lac rupees per annum and the highest package recieved was ten lac rupees per annum. companies that visit for placements are cipla, microsoft, unacademy and many more.

Likes

The infrastructure of Chandigarh University is incredible.. which is most eye catching point of the university.
The modern facilities like libraries, laboratories, sport complexes and hostel all are mind-blowing .
Promote foreign exchange programme...promote extra curriculum.. maximum companies visit for placement

Dislikes

Crowd is really bad . large number of students
Attendance system is so strict..you have to maintain 75% attendance...you can monitor your attendance on cuims portal
Lack of coordination between departments..

Ok so for this i want to give my honest answer about my course.. I heard that cu grabs the highest package as compare to other universities...so many opportunities came for us for the placements.. You can apply job after completing of 2 semester in my course.. Fitelo Healtiviser lmt. Various clinics Etc so many I don't remember name. I want to do phd after degree most probably

Something is better and nothing but overall cu is not good for students

Likes

Management of the department and time punctual staff
Time to time industrial visit and government project and university vist
Sports complex, cultural programs, live shows

Dislikes

Time boundation, full day classes and labs
2.5 hr lab classes and if our work is done earlier then we not allowed to go home, we have to sit without any reason
Research work and unwanted dessertation classes

A brief review of my college time of masters by chandigarh university

Likes

Infrastructure is too good and i and my friends spent much time there.
No ragging, clean and positive environment
I love these time which i spent in my college.

Dislikes

Too much crowd during any form filled or occasion
Need more man power, less men provide us too much problems
As we expected our package is too less, parents shame on us

Placement Experience:

In my classroom very less placements held.my class topper has no placed. But college provide us a internship program for six months after that some are placed there . I also got my job in this company where i got interned.

Likes

very good atmosphere and very good faculties.

Dislikes

Buildings are too far from each other and no food court is available in our block.

Course Curriculum Overview:

AI is the future and data science is a big aprt of AI that is growing rapidly throghout the world and that is why i have chosen this course. This curriculam prepares you for the world that is come in the near future. Overall evn though the course curriculam was good there should have been more advance teachings and new real world applications.

Faculty members are well equipped with knowledge and have very good previous experience of teaching.
Campus environment is quite good.Newly Constructed building for this course students is beautiful and have in house stationary shop.

Dislikes

Hostel facilities are not good they are charging almost half and a lakh per annum but not giving services accordingly.
The food courts inside the campus are quite expensive and some places are unhygienic. But there are some outlets like Dominos, Lapinoz, and Burgrill are also there.

Course Curriculum Overview:

They include all the relevant subjects to enhance the student's knowledge and skills in this specific stream. They divided each subject into three units which include sub-units, after completion of each unit MST will be conducted, and after the completion of all the units End Sem exams will be conducted. Teachers use aids to deliver their knowledge in the best possible way. They use visual presentations and practical applications of the same in labs. After completion of the first year, You have to choose a specialization in which you further want to continue your course. they offer specialization in clinical and Sports nutrition.

Chandigarh University - A promise of excellence and better opportunities

Likes

Good environment and campus is lucrative hostels are spacious with air conditioners and air coolers.
Teachers teach in a organized manner with proper explanation of every concepts.
Many exhibitions and projects are held by the department which inculculcate knowledge among students. seminars are also held at times.

Dislikes

Hostel strictness is a bit more..girls are allowed to remain outside the hostel only till 7 pm in the summer and 6 pm in the winter.

Placement Experience:

The Campus placement are good in Chandigarh University. Each department gets campus placement with a hefty package. All the big MNCs like Google, Deloitte, Accenture, IBM as well as other private companies provide placement through indrive. The highest package offered was 18 lakhs package in the CSE department. Average package offered is around 6-10 lakhs. If anyone doesn't get a placement one can also avail for teaching in the same dept provided the student is post graduate or can also go for phd or research in the same university. Almost 97% students are placed in good companies.

Likes

It is very beautiful, claean and green. The surrounding of campus makes you feel happy
Education is good at my university and they provide us various knowledge

Dislikes

75% compulsory attendance and we have to maintain it.
Lift is not for students and our classes are at topmost floor
We can't get holiday easily. If we take a holiday then attendance decrease fastly

Course Curriculum Overview:

My personal rating for my course is - 9/10 There is use of smartclass at classroom and proper teaching take place with help of computer technology. My curriculum provides me with developing my skills at laboratory. My curriculum provide us opportunity of doing internship After completion of each unit our Mid Semester exam take place

Infrastructure of here is very good and many fests are also organised here

Dislikes

If there are more children then the teachers are not able to give their valuable time to the children and I think this is what I dislike about CU

Because I had done a BSc in Biotechnology, after that I had to do an MSc, so I opted for this college and this college had very good reviews. So I went to this college and from here I will explore a lot more.

About my college

Likes

Mainly the campus life in the college is very enjoyable
The staff and students are also very friendly.
The course curriculam is good compares to other universities.

Dislikes

The language barrier is a bit difficult.
The food and accommodation in the college.
The class timing in the winter session.It is a bit difficult to reach the college.

Placement Experience:

There are good placement drives in the college and lots of students are getting placed in good companies. The students are available to get placements from the second semester. There are big companies like amazon,wipro,cognent etc. The students also get good salery.

In my opinion, Chandigarh University is superior to other universities for the following reasons:

Chandigarh University is recognized by UGC and AICTE. It is among India's top 5% institutions with NAAC A+ ratings. It holds the membership of ICAR, IAU, ACU, IEEE, ASME, ACS, and IUCEE. Further, BCI, AIU, PCI, COA, NCTE, CSI & NCHMCT approve the university.
A total of 200 courses are offered at Chandigarh University with unbeatable ROI.
Apart from CUCET, the university also offers admission based on national-level entrance examination scores like JEE-Mains, NATA, CAT/ MAT/ XAT/ ATMA/ CMAT etc.
The university also offers open & distance learning through CUIDOL and online courses.
As per the latest placement statistics, Chandigarh University Highest International Package stands at INR 1.7 CPA seized by a B.Tech CSE-IBM Information Security student with a US-based company whereas the highest national package stood at INR 54.75 LPA.
