What Students Say

Likes

Infrastructure is too good and i and my friends spent much time there.
No ragging, clean and positive environment
I love these time which i spent in my college.

Dislikes

Too much crowd during any form filled or occasion
Need more man power, less men provide us too much problems
As we expected our package is too less, parents shame on us

Course Curriculum Overview

Overall good, because they provide me a good knowledge and experience although I got my job . Exams are on time their time is fixed and held in proper way teachers are strict. No cheating is possible.

Class Size: 32Course Fees: INR 140000 per year

Placement Experience

In my classroom very less placements held.my class topper has no placed. But college provide us a internship program for six months after that some are placed there . I also got my job in this company where i got interned.

Fees and Financial Aid

I appeared for cucet and i got 25% scholarship and my fee is deducted by 140000 to 125000. After two semesters i lost my scholarship. College provide scholarship by government or cucet exams and many other option also.

Campus Life

In this field chandigarh university is very active, infrastructure is very attractive that is the reason where some films and web series are completed in our campus. Alot of functions and programs are celebrated.

Admission

I took the admission for masters in chemistry and i am eligible for this due to pass out of my bachelor. College bad habits is ,if we visit their site they irritate by calling and emailing. I examed for cucet and got 58 marks after that 25% scholarship i got and then i got my admission.

Faculty

I am from hindi medium and i am not able to understand English properly, i felt alot of problems due to language barriers because college told the teachers they studied only in English language. In my classroom this problem face many students.

Placement Experience:

It is research based university which manily focus on research so placements is not that empresive mainly students goes for higher studies after completing. Some department like computer science and pharma department give placement of average pakage 4 LPA. Probably I will go for higher studies.

In this we get brief information of computer science and more options of placement. Curriculum is based on all computer and to obvious reasons it relate to real-world as well as virtual. To my accord teachers must pay attention to practical work not to just completing syllabus and writing theories. The timing and difficulty level of exams are good. Again it's depend upon the subjects chosen.

Education quality is top class. Studies are given full priority. Students need to be present for every class otherwise they'll be left behind . College feels like school sometimes considering the amount of pressure the syllabus puts on a student.

Guru Nanak Dev University Amritsar is best institute.

Placement Experience:

Last year of course we are eligible for placement. Many Pharmaceutical companies like Akums Pharmaceuticals Ltd, Indswift Ltd, jubilant, SRF Ltd., etc. As well as many Institutions like Akash, Buyjus, etc. also visit our university to provide jobs to the students. The average annual price of the package is 3-7 lakhs which will vary from department to department. An average percentage of around 60% would be eligible to appear in the interview but the further process depends on the placement committee. I will do P.hD. after completion of my course.

Best Emerging Private University in North

Remarks:

Management is very good and they always work to give best environment for students. The campus is also very large. Transport facility is also 24×7. Cafeteria and eating joints are also inside the campus. Till now its very pleasant to be a part of this college. I have got to learn many new things about myself.

Remarks:

Chandigarh University is closer to my home jaipur. It has really great connectivity to big cities like chandigarh delhi. And fees is quite affordable to other private universities providing btech. I have tried for vit vellore but It was far away from my home and event fees was expensive. I have not tried in top many collages and didn't want to go in local collages in my city jaipur. Admission process is quite simple in our collage you can fill application online in give scholarship exam and placement cell will further guide. A Memorable Experience

I chose chandigarh university because of its academic excellence. It is NAAC A+ college and also one of India's leading top private universities. It provides its students with large number of opportunities.. It has industry industry-oriented curriculm. Excellent placement records , one of my batchmates got place din PayPal with the package of 34 LPA. It has smart campus and infrastructure. Libraries are fully equipped with modern facilities and overall this university provides good exposure. Apart from Chandigarh University, i also applied for CSE in GNDU, Amritsar. GNDU is govt university and generally admissions are based on the JEE exam and I could not score enough. Secondly, GNDU doesn't provide as good opportunities as CU...Read More
