- The faculty student ratio good learning experience good teaching and mentorship good good teachers and good environment knowledge so much in teachers good all are good very good so positive environment
- I personally benefited from the "merit excellence scholarship" and also secured an on-campus job as a research assistant with a stipend, providing valuable financial support during my studies.
- I am confident that i will be able to find a good job after graduation, thanks to the strong relationships that my university has with top companies.
Dislikes
- The faculty is not that good. like the teacher i'm provided with are not that good
- Scholarships they have this crazy deal there, if you get detained in 1st year in any subject, or reappear in any subject, your scholarship will be gone.
- The placement of my college is growing but is not quite good right now

- I just loved my campus life. It is very much happening and interesting. I enjoy alot at campus as the campus is full of greenery. Faculty is very helpful. Always available for their students.
- Night life at chandigarh university is great. You would fall in love with the environment here. Great infrastructure, well maintained
- There are number of events and concerts happening and well managed.
Dislikes
- They do baricading during concerts and separate boys and girls at the place where event is organized.
- Shops inside the campus are bit expensive and not affordable for all.
Placement Experience:
Chandigarh university provides campus placement and it provides good placement to their students. Number of companies visit cu for placement offers. CU is well connected with the companies and well known that is way many companies visit for the placements. Companies like tcs,JPMorgan, flipcart, coinbased,paypal, tech mahindra and many more visit. Students are eligible for placement from 4th year i.e 7th semester. Colleg provides good placement. Average placement is around 6 lacks and more than 90 percent students get placed.

- Infrastructure is improving abundantly on a regular basis
- As we move ahead with our course the number of classes reduce providing time for self study

- Time table distribution can sometimes be an issue for someone
- Biaseness among teachers can be seen but not for every teacher
Placement Experience:
From 3rd you can apply for the opportunities coming and get placed and majorly from 4th year you'll sit in drives.
I plan to grab a job in my desired field of course and may later on apply for higher education

- The college provides a nice sports complex with amenities which are useful for sports students .
- Provides fees concession to sports students as well as grace marks .
- The campus life provides several opportunities to participate in competitions and build some skills.
Dislikes
- The faculty is very biased and only assign marks based on their own preferences and not capabilities of students.
- The 75% attendance rule is very strict and if you fail to achieve that due to even genuine reason then you have to pay a hefty sum.
- The sports amenities can be way better for cricket as they dont have a ground yet for students to practice on.
Placement Experience:
The placement cell is active with the highest package being around 1.75cr but the quantity of the placements is very less compared to the strength of the students in the course . There is also eligibilty to have minimum of 7.5% cgpa to actually sit for the placements.

- The infrastructure is well designed by the university and it is very safe for everyone,the actions are taken on the prior basis
- Events organised by the university is very good as they bring different celebrities.
- Beyond studies,the extra co- curricular activities are also great,a different department is there i.e DACA for these activities
Dislikes
- Mess food is average it's not as per the expectations
- More focus on the theoretical framework rather than coding and practical part
- Food is quite expensive in the cantine area

Campus provides a variety of placement offers as around 400 companies visit the college
Even though I haven't applied yet for any placements but the record of placement in the college is good and almost students are placed some with great packages and some with average package

Placement Experience:
From semester 7th students gets placement oppurtunities while the internships are sometimes even gievn to 6th semester students. Although the pay pakage of the placements offers which we get are not that satisfying on the year which I am as it is just around 4-8LPA along with some kind of bond which is not considered good pay nowadays.

- Campus is very nice clean and provide friendly environment
- Classrooms are very neet and clean and strength is also good
- Teacher are very helpful always helps in every field such as research and other personal problems also
Placement Experience:
If we talk about placement many people say there are no placements but it is not true many companies visit this university only the students who have good knowledge about the course get the good placement with a very high package so placements are good here

- I personally liked the cleanliness in the campus, even the hostels, they offer good food, maybe not the best, but decent, good food.
- There is no ragging in the college, the thing for which i was most afraid of
- The overall faculty, not only the teaching ones, all the faculty in the college are cooperative and friendly, which helps a lot to adjust to new environment
Dislikes
- The majority is of punjab people in the college and most them are weak in english language as well, which is not a easy task for foreign students
- The college is little slow in giving notices and reminders about fee payments,
- My own dislike, is not letting boys and girls together in any events, there is always a barricade
Course Curriculum Overview:
The difficulty level of the first semester is medium, it was easy for me, to study just one week before the exams, which gives us chance to attend any events or do any other internships of our own, which is a great help for us in the future, myself i don't really need a placement fron the college, as i want join the defense forces, so for me the course syllabus must be good enough, and i can't talk much about this, because my core subjects have not started yet.

- The infrastructure is good and the cleaniness of the university surroundings is well maintained.
- The boys and girls ratio is about fifty - fifty percent in a specific course and it various course to course like civil and mechanical courses have less girls ratio.
- The curriculum of the course are well maintained and well designed for various to various course and they are designed according to the needs in the future of the industry.
Dislikes
- The faculty are biased and they offer marks according to the comfort with the student and not on the capability of various studnents.
- The attendance system is strict which give a school vibe and the rules are very strict.
Placement Experience:
The placements depends on the courses as the cse courses give the six to highest fourty five lakh package which was given to a cse branch in the year 2024. The average package is 6 lakh as for the campus placement you should take the TPP course which is your choice . As we see the percentage of students placed are like 2300 students take TPP course and only 1000 only have placements and others are left unplaced.

- The campus is really big, greeny and beautiful. If your are looking for an amazing campus environment then it is a good go for you.
- University really provides various opportunities to their students by organinzing various hackathons, cultural activities, concerts, etc time by time.
- the campus life is really very amazing. u can even encounter various movies shooting in the campus time to time.
Dislikes
- The teaching staff is very bad. The university doesn't check their qualification and allot any subject to any teacher without their prior knowledge in that field.
- The intake in CSE is so large that in 2020 the university had taken about 15 thousand student in CSE alone. The university only cares about money, nothing else matters for them.
- The placement record is totally scam. In 3rd year the college will seggregate students into 2 batches, TPP or Non-TPP. In order to sit in placement, one needs to join TPP batch by paying extra fees which they doesn't mention during admission,
Course Curriculum Overview:
Course curriculum: out of 5 stars, i would like to give 3 stars, because the syllabus they added doesn't have proper knowledge. Talking about engineering, one needs to focus on their practical skills but the college only focuses on theoritical knowledge. I know many students who doesn't even know how to print "Hello World!" till their graduation. but the college doesn't seems to be bothered about this, they just wants money that's it. the exam periods are organized 3 times during a semester, each in every 2 months.

In my opinion, Chandigarh University is superior to other universities for the following reasons:
- Chandigarh University is recognized by UGC and AICTE. It is among India's top 5% institutions with NAAC A+ ratings. It holds the membership of ICAR, IAU, ACU, IEEE, ASME, ACS, and IUCEE. Further, BCI, AIU, PCI, COA, NCTE, CSI & NCHMCT approve the university.
- A total of 200 courses are offered at Chandigarh University with unbeatable ROI.
- Apart from CUCET, the university also offers admission based on national-level entrance examination scores like JEE-Mains, NATA, CAT/ MAT/ XAT/ ATMA/ CMAT etc.
- The university also offers open & distance learning through CUIDOL and online courses.
- As per the latest placement statistics, Chandigarh University Highest International Package stands at INR 1.7 CPA seized by a B.Tech CSE-IBM Information Security student with a US-based company whereas the highest national package stood at INR 54.75 LPA.
