- Small class size that allows the teacher to focus on every student if needed
- Good lab facilities where every individual can carry out separate assignments
- Courses that allows to have a look at different aspects of life.

- The mess food is not so good especially veg food.
- The strictness inside hostel like fixed timings, no more freedom even on big holidays
Placement Experience:
The students get eligible for placement from 6th semester and there are a lot of companies ( more than 450 ) that visit like Amazon, Delloite, Dell, etc. Last year 2023, 5200 jobs were offered and the highest package offered was 63 lakhs. In CSE branch there is a placement percentage of more than 90% . My current plan is to get placed first in a good company and then look further but in future maybe I will go for M.Tech first and then later think about job.

- Overall the campus is good and it is green campus so it is very good thing abouth the college, the next thing is the education and the classes which is the main thing, i think teachers are also good and their teaching style iis also excellent
- The next thing is fees! the fee of the college is bit high but as compared to the rating of the college, it is worthy
- And thr main thing ix hostel and mess charges are quite low as compared to other colleges
Dislikes
- Overall the fee id quite high for middle class peoples
- Mess food is ok ok if you are foody in natuture but you will have to manage
- Last thing is the education , here there are many subjects to study other than course which is little not good
Placement Experience:
Talking about placement, it is average as the it sector seems struggling these days the placement are average ! but yes everyone gets thd placemeng with good package if he/she has done good in curriculum

- I liked the lush green campus of KIIT University ....quipped with all sort of clubs and societies and independent events ......
- Society and clubs are very helpful and interactive to learn and grow while absolute student friendly labs are also good
Dislikes
- Disliked the behaviour of lab teachers ....they are quite rude ,uneasy
Placement Experience:
College claims placement to be 100% ..but moreover it is 85-90% ...average package is 6 lpa ...but for CSE is higher around 7-8 lpa..after 6th semester..mostly comapnies starts to visit the campus and you are elgible from then only upto final year or 8th semester

- Very good infrastructure, facilities were jst great. Libraries are good
- Lots of opportunities are present here. Just you have to work hard and grab those opportunitiees for yourself
- Professors are very kind and helpful. They help the students in achieving their goals and completing their projects.
Dislikes
- There is very much rush in the college. The administration the college takes a lot of number of students as their admission process.
Placement Experience:
From the 3rd year students are eligible for the internships process and lots of companies do visit the college for internship process and in the 4th year of your academic career companies come for jobs and give the students a chance to sit in those on campus placement.
The average package in KIIT is 600000.
Lpts of companies visited till now such as Deloitte,Cappegemini,Infosys,Providence, Hevo, morgan stanley etc.
Highest package this year is Rs 40,00,000.
This college provides 100% placement to all its students.
My plan is also to get a good package and settle in one of the MNCs

- The campus is really well built. It has a lot of different infrastructure features. Within the college campus you can find almost anything
- The library is quite a catch as it comes complimentary with the college admission. The library consists of five floors with different sections
- The teachers bring quite a lot of experience and knowledge into the minds of students and guide them towards their goals
Dislikes
- The fee is ridiculously high for a college located in east India for the chosen course when other colleges with similar average package

Placement Experience:
. Companies start visiting the campus from third year taking the cream of the crop for prices unfair to both the college and the students. Those which are left make their way to placements giving interviews and tests for various companies visiting the campus during their final year of college. The packages start at 2 lakhs per annum and range upto 20 to 25 lakhs per annum but sometimes a few students manage to acheive what most cannot and bring home a whopping huge package of above 50 lakhs like the highest earner who recieved a package of 62 lakhs per annum last year. The placement rate is quite high considering the number of students in the college with almost 40% of them being placed before the end of their college life. The median package is around 7 lakhs which is not bad.

- Quality Classrooms : The Classroom of KIIT are extremely well maintained, fully AC and have comfortable desks to study in.
- Excellent Hostels : Both the premium and non-premiums hostels have luxurious and spacious room with ACs and clean washrooms and are cleaned by maids everyday.
- Green Campus : KIIT's green campus makes it unique from all other universities. It is very calming and relaxing to take a walk on this beautiful campus.
Dislikes
- Food : The food served at KIIT hostels are of good quality but the quantity isn't very impressive. There's usually just 1 or two dieshed along with rice and roti.
- The Highway : Just in front of the campus 6 main gate, is a very wide highway without any traffic signals or police which makes it very hard to cross the road to go to classes that are on the other side.
- The Heat : The temperature of Bhubaneswar in summer is around 50° almost everyday with extreme humidity. This makes it very hard and tiring to work there.
Placement Experience:
From the 6th sem students are eligible for placement. Last year the maximum was 63 LPA which is quiet impressive and the average is around 6-8 LPA. The companies that visit most are Amazon, Wipro, TCS etc. Almost all student get places in companies. My plans after I graduate is to apply for masters abroad and then get a job there.

- The teachers are very friendly here and they are very supportive towards our academics.
- Environment of my college is better than other as I have knew through my friends in other colleges.
- The coding culture here is good as we have society and all for the improvement of coding skills.
Dislikes
- Nothing much to dislike other than the food provided in the mess.
- The weather here is too difficult to handle.
- Hostels are not that good are they are not providing much facilities in proper way.
Placement Experience:
Students become eligible after 3rd year for placement. Atlassian visited our campus but had not made any offers. Average package is 7lpa and highest till date is 63lpa. Mostly around 90% students get placed every year. My plan is to join a good company and work there.

- The Campus is very Secure and well connected. One can get everything nearby and enjoy the evenings at KIITRoad. Safe environment for girls.
- Placements are good in KIIT. If you are hard working you can easily get placed.
- Faculty are good and can provide you with hood opportunities
Dislikes
- The student intake is too much and feels overcrowded sometimes
- Food Courts serve only chips biscuits and all
- Bhubaneswar Heat is quite unbearable specially in Summers.
Placement Experience:
Placements are good. A lot of companies come for campus placements and one can crack good internship and on campus placement if he/she is consistent and hard working. Reputation of KIIT is good in Employment Sector.

- As the university is situated on largest area everything is far from that
- The fees are too much as compared to other universities
- Maintain 75% attendance is compulsory in this university
Course Curriculum Overview:
I choose this curriculum because I have knowledge about programming language from class 11th and there is also high demand of CSE students that's why I choose this.
In this college, mid sem and end sem are there in every semester mid sem contains 20 marks and end sem contains 50 marks and rest 30 is your internal and the difficulty level of the exam is moderate.

- My college is a fabulous institute which provides amazing cultural events like star nights, halloween event, racing and many more.

- There is nothing in my college to be disliked as it always supported the student community.
Course Curriculum Overview:
Course curriculum is very good and helpful in moulding a great personality out of a student. It is very helpful and beneficial for their further growth and offers a way to face situation in positive manner.

Here is a review of KIIT University based on the experience of a close friend who is now an alumnus of the institute
Pros
- The institute offers a vibrant and happening campus life filled with fun activities.
- The institute gives extra attention to extracurricular activities and has a plethora of platforms through which one can pursue their passion.
- The accommodation facilities are decent and the hostel rooms are spacious. Hygiene is maintained
- The institute has excellent infrastructural facilities like a gym and swimming pool that charge money.
Cons
- KIIT fees are high and not everyone can afford it. This year the annual fees stood at ?3.5 Lakhs
- The faculty pool has average professors and very few are highly experienced.
- The institute also faces issues due to the huge batch size.
- The research culture and the lab sessions are poor and need to be worked on.
- The curfew for girls' hostels is another big concern here. The girls are expected to be inside the hostel by 7 30.
- Placements are decent considering the huge fees you have paid. There are several mass recruiters so getting placed won’t be a major problem.
In all, KIIT is a good choice if you have no financial constraints and want to live a luxurious campus life.

As far as B.Pharma placements are concerned. almost 70% of the students get placed every year. The highest salary package offered is 10 LPA. The lowest salary package offered is 2 LPA. The average salary package offered is 6 LPA.
KIIT University offers good placement opportunities for all the students of the university. However, the placement package offered to B.Com students are lesser compared to other technical and management students.
