Review of KIIT University

Fees and Financial Aid:

For the batch 2023-2025, the fees is 50k per semester with is quite affordable. And for semester examination fees we need to pay 1k per semester. The admission charge is 10k per student and student can contact in the koel campus for further details.

Fees and Financial Aid:

Tution fees is ok... Rather higher than other universities. Total cost including hostel fees, mess fees and course fees is approx - 6 lakh for 2 years Yes i have selected for various company but as i was not interested for Bioinformatics and sales jobs so i didn't joined those... College should increase the wet lab based company placement rather than sales and marketing for biotechnology students.

fees is quite high for M.Sc. in Biotechnology and Applied microbiology

Fees and Financial Aid:

According to me the only thing which I did not like about the institute was their high fees. The charges for M.Sc Biotechnology or any other courses are quite high. I almost spent more than 5 lacs on my Master's over two years that too in online mode. after getting admission mail, you need to deposit 75000 rs as a counseling fee. out of which 10000 is counseling fees and the remaining 65000 is for laptop. The university provided me with an HP ProBook laptop. They do not take it back. They provide placements for Biotech students that's a very positive thing that convinced me to enroll myself for a master's but I did not go for campus placement because I wanted to go for higher studies. highest placement from my batch was 4,80,000 per annum.

Fees in the college are a little high than in other colleges and they can be given to the college in any method such as phone pay, google pay, Paytm, BHIM upi etc, and bank transactions are also allowed. There are lots of scholarship for students as like as government.

Fees for M.Sc. biotechnology - 97000 per semester. Exam registration fee - 1000 No extra fees. Foreign students may get 100% scholarship. So they don't have to pay any tuition fees and also the hostel fees .

They take admission at first 75 k ( laptop+ apron+admission fee), then per semester (4 semesters) they take 96 k. they provide scholarship, and also foreign students get scholarship here.
