IIT Bombay Reviews on Placements, Faculty and Facilities

As I am graduated with B.Tech for if I want to study more so I should to M.Tech by the best college in India so, I started to study harder to crack my entrance, and luckily I got good marks in the entrance test and god the admission in IIT Bombay. We all know IITs are especially made to impart technical education on the Highest standards but that also doesn't make that the other courses here are any lesser. This was why I decided to opt for M.Sc- Physics here because the addition of IIT value to any profile is a great achievement. The institute is AICTE approved and it was ranked 1st by overall rankings of QR while NIRF gave it 3rd place for the same in 2021. For admissions in the Master's programme at IIT Bombay it is important to have a valid score in IIT JAM entrance.

It was fixed that I will pursue EMBA programme and the reason I chose to do it from IIT Bombay was its collaboration with Washington University to offer this programme. Our institute was among top 10 B-schools of India during NIRF's 2019 rankings. Along with that it also has AICTE approval and to apply for the EMBA course students must have atleast 7 years of work experience along with a valid score in CAT or any similar entrance exam.

Master of Business Administration of Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay is a good PGP and worth doing. The student exchange programmes are an added benefit forthe students to get good international exposure. The main reasons for joininghere was the ROI , campus placements and IIT brand name.

Placements have always been quite impressive here with many major companies, including Honeywell, Airbus, Unilever, TATA, Accenture, Microsoft, etc., approaching the institute. For BTech, students become available for placements from their 7th semester. For the academic year 2020-21, a total of 492 students got placed with a placement percentage of around 92.13%. The average CTC offered was around 20LPA

IIT Bombay is surely among the top institutes of IIT Group and it was my honour to get the opportunity of doing MBA here at IIT-B. The institute was 10th in 2019 & 11th in 2020 for MBA rankings of NIRF. It also has AICTE approval just like all tier-one institutes of the country while to avail a seat of MBA at IIT Bombay one must hold a relevant score in CAT entrance exam and if the candidate gets through the first step them he must appear for the interview/GD round also

Not only in Academics, in all aspects it have the quality such as clubs, fest, sports and many more.Admission in the IITs is done through JOSAA counselling. But you have to qualify the JEE ADVANCE examination. Then according to your rank, you can check in which IIT and branch your rank is eligible!!

IIT Bombay is a big brand name in India and the college does offer a lot of room for the overall development of the students as well as good placement packages. The primary selection criteria for IIT Bombay BTech program is JEE advanced scores. Students are called for JoSSA based on this scores. But before giving the JEE advanced exam, candidates are required to clear the JEE main exam.
