The Sagar Institute of Pharmacy boasts a well-qualified faculty, most of whom hold PhD degrees, ensuring a solid educational foundation for students. The student-to-faculty ratio can be quite high, with classes sometimes reaching 1:70 or 1:100, yet faculty members are known for their friendliness and supportiveness. The course difficulty is moderate, requiring students to pass mid-term and final exams each semester, with a high pass rate despite some student failures.

Various scholarships are available, including the Medhavi Mukhyamantri Yojna for high achievers and others for SC/ST and physically disabled students. The placement cell organizes recruitment with companies such as TCS, Cipla, and Nestle. The placement rate is 75-80%, with packages ranging from 5 to 19 LPA. Internships start from the 3rd year, and students are eligible for placements from the 7th semester. The fee structure is considered affordable, with annual fees for pharmacy courses increasing from 70,000 INR in 2021 to 80,000 INR, payable in two installments.
