I chose this college because I'm home sick .this college is nearby to my house and I can go by my scooter . The campus life has become way too far more good as compared to any other colleges. Every month 1 or 2 programs will be there in our college.

I got admission through the KEAM entrance exam. The last rank was 25000 something for state merit. And based on reservations it varies each year. Children of fisheries(COF) have more reservations and advantages.

Admission is done through KEAM for common Kerala students. For other state students, ICAR conducts all India-level exams. On this basis, people are sent there. Reservations for OBC, SC, ST, COF, and Lakshwadeep students is there. The admission process requires the usual IDs and info of students. It was not a difficult process.

The addmission is based on the score secured in the AIEEA PG conducted by ICAR and NTA. The eligibility is the graduation of a Bachelor of Fisheries Science from any accredited university. The total seats are divided into 10% for the entrance exam and 90% for the state quota.

The eligibility of the course is to pass KEAM entrance exam with a rank . I manage to secure 28k rank and I got allotted here in the 3rd allotment. I got reservation benefits while getting allotted because I am Muslim. You can't get into this college without attending KEAM. In spot allotment students who have attended keam but didn't manage to pass was allotted here. The question papers are actually easy but most of the time teachers don't manage to cover the portions. So we find it very difficult to pass the exams especially subjects like maths and electrical engineering. The admission process is ok but the fact is most of the students drop out during 1st semester because you will feel like you are trapped. At 1st our class strength was 39 but now it is 33. Each and every student in our class were interested in changing college but due to family pressure they were not able to do so
