Candidates seeking admission in the B.Tech Program are selected on the basis of IMU-CET. It is a national level exam conducted by Indian Maritime University. The admission to all other courses is done on the basis of merit in the last qualifying exams.

An ETO is responsible for the functioning and handling of all electrical equipments onboard a vessel such as maintenance of generators, deep freezers, air condition and total electrical system on deck, accommodation and engine room. Eurotech Maritime Academy offers to educate and train its students in all the skill required for the post of ETO.
