Eligibility Criteria
Graduate degree with 50% marks or 5.5/10.0 OGPA or 2.2/4.0 OGPA (for SC/ST students, relaxation as per the regulation) in any of the following subject combinations
- B.Sc. in Food Science and/or Technology
- B.Sc. in Food Engineering
- B.F.Sc.
- B.Sc. in Agriculture/ Horticulture/other allied agricultural sciences
- B.V.Sc.
- B.Sc. in Dairy Science
- B.Sc. in Chemistry/Zoology/Botany/Allied Life sciences
- B.Sc. in Microbiology/Bio-Chemistry/Biotechnology
- B. Tech in Food science and technology
- B. Voc. Food Processing Technology / Food Technology
Candidates awaiting their final results of the qualifying degree exam can also apply, but they should produce their qualifying degree/mark list at the time of admission.
Selection will be based on a common entrance examination conducted by KUFOS.

Yes there are various scholarships for the economically backward students.Each scholarship money is of good amount.Also there is scholarship facilities opened for students with annual income of the family less than 1 lakh.It will be awarded to the deserving ones.

Yes.there are somany scholarships.mainly Egrant scholarship provided by kerala government.for eligible person under OBC category.and also here no fees for childrens of fisherman.E grants is applicable for the course fee.and accomodation fee.
