I get a ssp scholarship 19600 per year and so many students have got the very well and good package
Faculty are good and knowlege people, and also teaching is good and ready to help any time, also take care of each student and also they ready to help any time and also give good imformation about industry
Yes, we got good experience in our college campus life.they held good technical festivals like ethical hacking, many hacking, awareness of voting.

Dislikes

My college is too boring there are no activities no fest not sports nothing.
I was actually little disappointed because i didn't get any campus placement
The hostel food is not good and there is no more items in their menu

Good college

Likes

I liked the faculty team. Our lecturers were very supportive and they have given their 100% to us
College environment was too good. The hostel was inside the campus.
There was a rule that no one should rag others

Dislikes

According to me Infrastructure may be even more better
Washrooms should be more clean than before
There is no priority for practicals than theories

Course Curriculum Overview:

As I have done Bcom I had 2 choices after my bachelor's degree. Either I had to choose Mcom or MBA. I was passionate about doing my own business. So I have chosen this course. Teaching methods were good. I am very much satisfied with this course.

And the infrastructure and the environment

I dislike the canteen place they have to improve that
And the placement is also not much good in the college
The events and fest are also less they have to improve that

Life at JKSHIM

The teaching facility at JKSHIM is very unique. They dont follow typical text book method. Here they will allow us to experiment with outside world. we will be given projects where we go to industry and learn things from the owners and workers there.
Such experience helps students to understand the reality of business world and it will be memorable and students can follow guidelines and they can also come up with new ideas and request the company owners to implement the ideas. so this task used
to help both the business owners and students. Students were made to explore to real world problems and they had to come up with proper solutions

Dislikes

Lots of hectic projects and internals were given to students at the same time. This was done so that students should get used to corporate world. But it was very hectic to handle all the things at same time
There was MCQ exam for Accountancy which was very difficult to go through. We were suppose to maintain 85% of our leaves and there was no study leave provides prior to the final exams

Placement Experience:

I was in a unluck batch where there where only 4 banks that came up for campus selection. All 4 banks considered students to sell insurance. only 40% of the people were selected in my batch. Students will be eligible for placement only in second year. companies like HDFC, ICIC, Kotak and Grant Thorton were the compaines visited. The highest package offered was 4LPA. I was not selected in placement, hence I decided to look a job outside.I got a job at LSEG as a Research Analyst

overall college is quite Good and Fun

various clubs activites and extra activities
teaching of few faculties are excellent.
many events are conducted in 2 years period.

Dislikes

college infrastructure and facilities are ok.
washrooms are worst in department need to go other department.
no vehicle facilities for students for travel

I like the way they teach the students and care about their studies really they work hard for progress of the student
the festivals and functions are very good and manages with high caring

Dislikes

Nothing there in college for dislikes I didn't found any negative in this college

i choose marketing in the 3rd sem really good for marketing people they will teach very well nothing there to improve by faculty the examination is very touch and you can't pass easily the exams will be done very strictly

The way the faculty teach and clear out doubts .
Many extra curricular activities and fests
Engagement in class and projects support is great

Dislikes

Sometimes classes felt hectic no free time
Little strict with regards to leaves or being absent to classes
Could have provided with more job fairs and interview

Placement Experience:

During our 3rd semister we become eligible for placement and there wereany companies which would visit for placement.but unfortunately during pur course due to covid we has some delay in placement but over all many students did get placed in many top companies

limited placement opportunities with atop companies , need for more proactive career counseling
insufficient focus on soft skills and real-word exposure

The teachers involvement and their support is top notch .They are very approachable in all the ways be it your career guidance or specialization selection and so on. So I can say the staff is really awesome
The library hours that has been dedicated to students is one of the major things that I have liked. We will be asked to dedicate ourselves in reading books , magazine and newspapers. This can help in making ourselves busy in various things

Dislikes

The infrastructure is not that appreciable. One or the other things will be wrong in classrooms on daily basis. Starting from Ac,the chairs or the visibility for the students who is sitting at the lasttowards smart board is not really ood.

Excellent opportunities in my college

Likes

The professors are highly knowledgeable and passionate about their subjects, making classes engaging and informative
The campus is beautiful with lots of green spaces and modern buildings, perfect for studying and relaxing.
The career services department is very helpful in preparing students for job applications and internships.

Dislikes

poor quality food in the cafeteria, outdated facilities, large class sizes with limited professor interaction, inadequate career placement support, inconvenient location, lack of campus life activities, unsupportive faculty, excessive homework.
Uninteresting and irrelevant course material, Too many mandatory general education courses
Limited access to sports facilities, Strict attendance policies.

1 From 3rd semester students become elidible 2 Companies visited our college are wipro infosys L &T, ABB india ltd, kotak mahindra bank, ICICI bank, HDFC, Axis bank,ICICI Prudential, BPO companies 3 CTC 4 lakh is the highest package offered from wipro and infosys 4 My plan is to join banking sector
