Likes
- The college has a very diverse population from all over the country.
- The internship opportunities are very high due to the location of tech hubs like Bangalore nearby.
- The active sports community in MIT is very refreshing and rewarding to take part in.
Dislikes
- Distance of boys hostels from the academic blocks.
- Fruits are expensive in campus and the auto drivers loot you.
- Fees are on the hefty size, need newer gym equipment.
Placement Experience:
Students are eligible for placements from 6th semester. Quants like JP Morgan, Goldman Sachs and Large Tech companies like Microsoft and Qualcomm also recruit students from the college. Mit also provides a good base for masters with a high number of students going to top unis aboard for masters.

- Quality of life. The hostels are very much better than usual
- People. Since this college is relatively on pricey side most people here belong to relatively stronger families
Dislikes
- Too much walking this college i literally on hill.
Placement Experience:
After third year students start getting placed. The most frequent compan is Microsoft and usually picks up 30-50 students with their average being 30L. Most students who sit for placement get place. Highest might be Microsoft's 32L and average overall would be 8-9L.

- Campus Life as there are always some or the other events happening which make sure that the students have some activity to engage in
- Faculties here are extremely knowledgeable and better as compared to many other colleges
- Research culture is nurtured here which is extremely important for future studies.
Dislikes
- Party culture is high here which may distract some students
- Teachers are good but sometimes they can be hard to deal with
- Students here can be a little over the top sometimes.
Placement Experience:
Placements of the college are decent, not as good as IITs and NITs but they offer a certain level to make sure hat the tag of institute of eminence is kept as the cojmpanies that come here are very sought after. Most students who qualify for placements get placed. Highest packages range from 70-80 lakh to 1 crore.

- Good real-life oppurtunities with clubs and student projects
- Paperless exam systems which offer a smooth experience of writing without using paper
- Availability of people under multiple disciplines nearby (eg. KMC - Medical)
Dislikes
- Weather is too humid and hot throughout the year. Also has excessive rain.
- College intake is increasing every year, making it crowded.
- Not great Wi-Fi connectivity (limited speed to 10 Mbps)
Placement Experience:
I plan to do higher studies abroad after completing this degree.
The placements are available from the end of 3rd year/start of 4th year.
The highest package offered this year is around 54 LPA, average is 12.59 LPA and median is 8.5 LPA

- How easy it is to interact with both students and teachers and the facilities they provide.
- Food is good your don’t get that in a lot of colleges
- They have a lot of other stuff students can excel in on top of studies
Dislikes
- Fees was a bit too high could have been a little more affordable.
- Walking is a major issue campus is quite big also a pro for a lot of ppl
- Humidity here is crazy can’t live without fan even for a second
Placement Experience:
From 7th semester students become eligible for placements and a lot of big companies come like Microsoft tcs Amazon bosch dell etc. and we have a placement percentage of almost 90 even more I am not tht aware highest package ordered was around 60 lakh and average offered is 16 lakhs. My plans after a degree is to get some job experience and go for mba abroad.

From the seventh semester students become eligible for campus placements. Companies like google, Facebook,etc take part in the placements. Almost all students get placed. My plans after the degree is to work for a while and maybe do masters.

- The cleanness in college and it's sorundings
- The staff who are in college and hostel and friendly

- The food in the mess is not shouth Indian
- The fees structure of the hostel is too high
Course Curriculum Overview:
My course is selected based on future jobs and councelling,the faculty is to students ratio is 1:60
The teacher who teaches are highly qualified and most of them have done PhD,for every year we have 2 semester based on our credits we will be promoted to next year

- Hospitality the way they treat us in hostel or college
- The satff in the college and hostel are so friendly
Dislikes
- Food in the mess is not South Indian
- The ground is not ready it's still being prepared for cricket
Placement Experience:
From 5 semesters we are eligible for placements, Google, Microsoft, Amazon, Tcs etc. Companies visited our college, 80 percentage of students are getting jobs in placements, I want to do a job and keep my family financially stable

- The Campus of the college is very vibrant and cheerful.
- The mess food is better than most of the other colleges out there.
- The Infrastructure is newly developed and thus is clean and functional
Dislikes
- Some parts of the campus like the Central Library, Sports Complex, Administrative Block and some new hostel blocks and still under construction
- The guards are strict for unnecessary reasons
- Not all the major outlets like Domnioes and apps like Blinkit Dont work there
Course Curriculum Overview:
I was into Computers since a very young age and given the marks i got across the paper, this was the best course for me. The faculty:student is quite nice in this college which i believe is around 1:14. All the faculty teaching here are PHD and have done so from respectable colleges such IIT, NIT, BITS. Mid term exams happen every 8 weeks where End term exams happend after 4 months and thus is very regular, they were very generic in terms of passing but did require you to study properly to pass.

- Few of the faculty members are not helpful when you need their help.
Placement Experience:
The placements start in the 7th semester for btechs. The 8th semester is for internships.
A total of 339 companies came, out of which 275 were for BTech students. 92.9 percent of students get placed on an average, where the lowest package is 8.5 Lpa and the highest is 54.75 Lpa. The average package is 12.5 Lpa.
The top 50 students get an average package of 36 LPA.
My plan after completion of my degree is to get a job above 20Lpa or start my own startup.
