The canteen of our college has everything to eat at best price
The Bangalore University a faculty placements its very good and pleasant placement which is protected by the outer people outside surrounding

The curriculum activities are probably worse but sports as well as very good. Maximum they didn't conduct any curriculum activities and cultural something They must improve sport as well as cultural activities also.

V.E.T the college which needs to be developped.

Likes

The Sports teacher was encouraging us to participate in various activites and he was also formed several sports in the college.
The best part of our college is for fashion show and fashion designing and had several medals and won many competitions across in many colleges.

Dislikes

The college faculty was not good enough and they are so lazy to solve the problems of the students.
There is no playground in the college and the principal is very strict and rude against the students.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I choose B.com course because i love that course and it also went well where all the teachers taught us nicely to understand the subject, but they need to teach every single student to understand and learn it in a easy method, the exam timings are good enough and there is no difficulty in writing the exams.

The things i liked about college is they treat all the students equal they give opportunity for the mentally and physically disabled person
The staff are good to the students they don't treat each student's differently

Dislikes

There are more than 10000 plus students at a particular time that becomes more crowded
The dont let students to grow their hair even at University

The timing for the exams is really difficult they actually give less time to be written and the teaching methods is of faculty is really good and some faculty keeps of talking which the students cannot understand and they don't interact and give certain examples to understand also

Campus was amazing and play area was there only for college students
Teacher are very friendly and always supportive

Dislikes

College timings it's from 9 am to 3:30 PM
No proper fests in college it's was not properly organised

There should be separate team to handle the course apart from lectures because there was around 60 peoples in one class it's difficult to handle and exams perspective should be taken seriously in the instructions

Likes

The canteen has great food especially the north east canteen.
The library is very good and infrastructure is great.

Dislikes

The teaching is worse. It feels like the teachers were directly appointed without any interview
The college needs to stop bringing in christians especially those who are mallus

Placement Experience:

Placement will be given for Every course students including mine .But the placement will give to only third year students . Infosys is one of the company that offers placements for us .I planned to do any additional course or post graduate degree after completing bcom in my college.

My experience of college life

Likes

I like how to faculties teach and interact with the students.They not just teach us about the subjects but also teach us about social responsibilities and help us in doubt clearing regarding subjects
Infrastructure of the college is one of the best thing. It has every necessary things a student would need.All the buildings are well maintained and looks very attractive.

Dislikes

I feel that there are many students in a single classroom.my class consists of 83 students.Due to which the teacher won't be able to concentrate on every student and make sure everyone understands what they are teaching.
Timings are followed very strictly.Even if a student is 3 minutes late to the class , the faculty doesn't let him or her in class.Even if the student have a valid reason he is denied to enter the class.

Placement Experience:

As now I am studying 2nd year there is no placement for me yet.There are placements for 3rd year students of all courses including mine. Infosys is one of the company which offers placement for 3rd year students.The highest package is 7 lakh per annum and the minimum is 15000 per month. After completing bcom I planned to do any additional course or post graduate course.

St.Joseph provide good placement opportunities.
The faculties are well trained and experienced.

There are many students in a class room compared to other colleges

The life of a claretine.

Likes

I liked the infrastructure and the teaching staff.
The canteen food is affordable and pocket friendlyly.

Dislikes

On uniform days compulsory full uniform to be woren by the student. No excuse will be encouraged and will not be allowed to class.

The curriculum is really helpful to be able to have a good approach towards the outside world.i decided to choose this course in order to build a successful future with a stable job. The teaching method is very good as they teach in a very understandable manner with ppts and activities.

B.com is very good course and from our university they provide lot many good subjects for b.com like digital fluency this b.com gives us the clear clarity about the market finance auditing and digital fluency marketing accounts banking business mathematics and also enivironmental protection and corporate accounts cost accounts and also lot many good subjects they provide and also the exams will be so easy for us to solve we dont feel any difficulty in our exams so this is the best course I say for every one to opt this bcz they also provide lot many good subjects for our future also

The impirtement of the college is we have good campus and we have good management the things is that we have sports for every acedmic year and the fees is affordable and we have friendly staffs n non staffs we are happy to b part in the college
They have campus interview they tie up with highly good companies

Dislikes

Things i didn't like is the benches are not good they shld b painted
Ragging is underdone in the college so college management should take a took at it

According to the reviews online, Bangalore University (BU) is an average university and is known to be deteriorating day by day.

Students are irritated by their evaluation system.
They tend to check the answer sheets carelessly.
The faculty never completes the syllabus.
The announcement of results is delayed quite often.
The condition of the campus is deteriorating and no action is taken to solve it.
There is a lack of core technical subjects in B.Com.

It is suggested that you do not go for BU, as it won't provide learning and understanding courses, topics and the concepts. It will be better if you opt for VTU instead.
