- The canteen has great food especially the north east canteen.
- The library is very good and infrastructure is great.
- The ground is well maintained n also the toilets r cleaned daily.
Dislikes
- The teaching is worse. It feels like the teachers were directly appointed without any interview
- The college needs to stop bringing in christians especially those who are mallus
- This college gives too much freedom making it too easy to misuse.
Course Curriculum Overview
As I took bcom they teach us mostly about the partical way of doing accounts and business.They give us two exams in one semester one is mid term and other is final .I think the college has to teach us bcom , in more in digital way like using ms Excel .
Internships Opportunities
As the intership is only available for third year students, there is no available intership for me yet. As i took bcom I have corporate intership with both salary and non salary one. Infosys and nexus are one of the companies that offers interships to us.
Placement Experience
Placement will be given for Every course students including mine .But the placement will give to only third year students . Infosys is one of the company that offers placements for us .I planned to do any additional course or post graduate degree after completing bcom in my college.
Fees and Financial Aid
During admission paid a total of 100000. I paid and additional 15000 for french language as only regional languages are taught free for us . Students who take languages like french, German or additional English has to pay additional 15000 ,and the rest of the fee is for management and tution fee.
Campus Life
Overall I like the social environment of the college as it is very huge and with lot of people.it has all facilities like having one of the Biggest library in the college.Also we have big fests like visages which is held in Feb and prathiba in oct. Overall the campus changed me into an extrovert.
Admission
Because I applied only for this college, as I heard from my cousins that st Joseph's University is very good college.As I got email from this college regarding online interview.I didn't have any written exam interview, in online they just ask me three questions about economics and I got admission immediately after I answered them.
Faculty
There are enough faculties in the college to attend every class .Most of the faculties are very friendly and helpful in nature. They don't just teach us the subject but also teach us about moral values.I personally like my ifs teacher Santhosh sir because give us life advices and moral values
