Jaypee University of information and technology a place that'll change your life

Likes

Faculty is really good and knowledgeable.
Hostels life is absolutely amazing and mess food is really good.
Ample amount of placement opportunities.

Placement Experience:

Being a civil engineering student placement opportunities are quite less compared to other branches. Yet JUIT provided students with ample amount of placement opportunities I myself got placed before the completion of my degree.

To much emphasis on academics

Placement Experience:

Students become eligible for campus placements from the 7th semester. Companies like Adobe, Infosys, Wipro, Collegedunia, ZS Associates, and many more would visit the campus. The average package was somewhere around 4,00,000-5,00,000. Almost 70% of students except in Civil Engineering would get placed. After my degree, I started preparing for the UPSC.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I chose the course because of my interest and passion although I was eligible for computer science also as per my rank I found civil engineering best per my interests. Faculty, there was excellent and masters in their respective disciplines all were from iit's.

Civil engineering life

Placement Experience:

Students are eligible after the 6th semester. Companies live Amazon also. Visited campus. The highest package is 180000 and the average is 1200000, 85 % of students are offered campus placement. After getting the degree I have planned for govt jobs or clearing gate with good rank and opted for PSU.

Placement Experience:

From 7th semester we are eligible for placements . 150+ Companies visited the College and Every Student has more than One offers . Even My roommate has 3 offers . 100% placements are there for Cse , IT and ECE branch. My plans after getting the degree to start a Construction Company .

Remarks:

College management is making this more of a commercial deal than educational. Seems like Jaypee group is in some serious crisis.

Remarks:

Although the mentality of students and most of the faculty is great but mentality of VCs Director and our warden is very bad they dont allow girl student to come out from their hostels after 9:30pm sharp.
