A candidate seeking admission to this program must have passed Senior Secondary (12th Standard/Intermediate) examination with at least 5 subjects (all passed) having Mathematics and Physics (both compulsory) subjects, and one subject out of the following: Chemistry/Computer Science/Electronics/Information Technology/Biology/Informatics Practices/Biotechnology/ Technical Vocational subject/Agriculture/Engineering Graphics/Business Studies/ Entrepreneurship from CBSE or any other Board recognized by Jamia Hamdard as equivalent thereto, securing at least 50% marks or equivalent CGPA in aggregate.
Jamia Hamdard University offers full-time B.Tech, BBA, BCA, B.Com and BA courses at ug level. 50% marks in 10+2 (PCM) is the minimum eligibility criteria for B.Tech and 10+2 in any subject combination is required for BA, BBA, BCA and B.Com courses. Rank in JEE Main is required to secure admission in B.Tech while admission to other courses is based on merit in the last qualifying examination followed by an Interview.

1. I chose this course because I wanted to do something in the field of food, if not medicine. 2. The faculty-student ratio is 7:32. 3. all of the faculty members are either phd or currently under the phd program. 4. The term exams are held every six months, it is quite difficult to pass these exams.
The faculty members are cooperative, who didn't make you hesitate yourself to ask the questions. The methods of teaching vary from teachers to teachers as our biology teaches to use the PPT and the other teachers with their tools. In our food tech class, the ratio of girls is more than the boys.
As I am a scholarship holder I don't know about the hostel, college fees. I only have to pay for mess and laundry which are feasible. As I have listened the college fee is feasible by almost all the middle class family. So there is no issue about the extra fees.
It is good in the curriculum wise.yes, they provide industrial exposures.pharmacy's faculty is good.Our department faculties alsovery helpful and coorporated with us. Nursing' faculties is really very great.
