Faculty in my department are very good .i like the way of their teaching they are ready to entertain your doubts ready to take extra classes
The placements opportunities here are very good, as the college has some of the very best company connections thus helping us to have a bright placement opportunity.
Many scholarships are available you can avail anything one of my friends hot 50000 scholarship from ngo and it is perfect year .so that he can study well .

Dislikes

The internet was a big big disappointed, no wifi in cvr hostes );
I don't like the washing machines provided. they don't work most of the times and not good care is taken for them.
Food i was bit dissatisfied with mess food and bored of it

I like iits teaching and assignment and quizes
Professor are so well friendly with students
iits provide every facilities to the students

Dislikes

Only network issue occured during online classes

Placement Experience:

In IIT patna we can see students are eligible for internship and placement from mid of the third year and every year iit makes record in terms of placement which states that the highest one goes around 1 crore and average goes under 40 LPA which is very outstanding performance based on placement drive

Navigating innovation

Likes

I liked iits teaching and guiding behind a student and every facilities they provide
I liked professors behaviors and they are so friendly with students
And placements along with other amenties are really excellent and enough for a student

Dislikes

During online classes i face network issue

Placement Experience:

After completion of 7th semester and mid of 8th semester. Companies visited like Microsoft, google, Goldman Sachs, nividia, reliance, deloitte, HCL, wipro, infosys... Overall 90-100 offers. Highest package -1. 17 cr and average package-16-23 lpa as per official data. 90-95 percent. After degree i want to go through research like JRF, SRF POST in iit Bhubaneswar and also i will apply for permanent job inside iit Bhubaneswar and with higher degree i will do from iit patna like Mtech, phd

Likes

Flexibility of learning hours. You can learn at anytime, anywhere. If you fail to attend the online live classes, you can attend the recorded lectures later and your attendance will also be recorded if you do so. You can download the lectures as well
Campus life is amazing. You get exposure to a 15 days long campus immersion at IIT Patna. You get access to the mess, canteen, library and everything that the seminars of famous personalities.
You can participate in a lot of hackathons, internship opportunities during study period and even after completion of course, you will be receiving help from the placement cell of IIT Patna

Dislikes

If you are already in a college where you are already attending offline classes and attendance is mandatory, you may reconsider before enrolling here. Because your schedule will be hectic. Managing 2 UG degrees simultaneously is a crazy deal for mos.
You get access to campus life only for 15 days in each semester, that is 30 days in a year, which may not be enough for some, but the experience that you will gain would be amazing.
Fees may not be affordable for most of the students

Placement Experience:

IIT Patna offers 100% placement assistance after completing the course. But it is going to be a tough journey to clear all the semesters without any backlogs. You get internship and placement opportunities from 3rd semester (2md year) onwards. As per the 2022-23 report, 165 companies have visited alongwith 19 international offers in various fields such as Analytics, Consulting, Fintech, Banking and Finance, E-commerce, Ed tech, , IT/Software, Manufacturing core, Research and Development, Automotive, Education, Healthcare, Logistics and others. Some of the major recruiters are wipro, oracle, infosys, intel, ICICI Bank, TCS, IBM, Philips, OXFORD University Press, HDFC Bank, Deloitte, Ford, Samsung, Bank of Baroda, Airtel, Nokia, Accenture, SBI, Amazon, Bosch, Axis Bank, Aditya Birla Group, Honeywell, Citibank, Genpact, cisco, vmware, cognizant, vodafone india, Capgemini, SAP. etc. Besides, students pursuing BS in Artificial intelligence and cybersecurity get opportunities toget internships in big companies such as Google, atlassian, Texam instruments, Samsung, DRDO, Salesforce, American Express, Morgan Stanley, media.net, and many more. As per the data of 2022-23, 91.26% students get placement after pursuing this. I'm planning to get a job in a multinational company and after gaining some experience about the corporate world and building real-world skills, I will establish my own startup related to precision agriculture which would combine artificial intelligence with agricultural engineering.
