Faculty members are also very supportive and helpful. All teachers are hardworking and give their best to impart knowledge.
Students are offered internships under various courts, including high courts, with a very nominal stipend of 5-6 thousand per month.

Dislikes

The placement and job opportunities are not good enough. Its really hard to get a job. Our university does not fulfill the job opportunities for students. It creates so many problems.
Since it is a government college and the fees are not high, there is no loan system in our college. However, we receive a government scholarship every year.

Remarks:

I wanted to be a Science Journalist that is why I choose this course. As because I studied with the course of Botany, and I would love to explore on this subject and I adore this subject for my further study life so that Mass communication course give me an opportunity to exploring with this subject through the science latter, article writhing and so many things that I can do in between 2 years of my master degree life. I proudly succeed with this course because I have learn so many things how to write a science article, or news of science etc.

Ambience is good, faculty is also excellent moreover I heard alot about this college and that attracted alot to me to take an admission in this college. Even my seniors passoutfeom this college. Gauhati University is the best,if you are willing to admission in this university
