Likes

I love the teaching of the teacher, they are very good.
There are different scholarship plans like nsp, students aids fund, etc., and also on-campus jobs with suitable stipends.
The library is good the only thing which attracts me and all my friends.

Dislikes

Far as i know, the placements are not very good in this university.
Timetable was overwhelming. timing of the classes were exhausting such that you won't get enough time for finishing home assignments even.
The roi is very poor as placement scenarios is negligible.

Course Curriculum Overview:

It's perfect. The course is very much job oriented and all the curriculum we are provided is very relevant. And as a student, we enjoy ourselves a lot and learn a lot that's all I want to say.

Review of MBA program from Assam University Silchar

Likes

Curriculum of the course was adequate enough for competitive exams
Teaching standard was up to the mark, regular classes were there
So many events and activities were organised to enhance personality and soft skills

Dislikes

Too much power and politics were involved in faculties
Timetable was overwhelming. Timing of the classes were exhausting such that you won't get enough time for finishing home assignments even.
Guiding for dissertation and summer internship was very poor by the assigned faculties.

Placement Experience:

Placement from department of business administration is high in rate every year. Student become eligible for placement in 3rd semester of the course mba. Some of the companies that visit for placement include Bandhan Bank, ICICI, HDFC, IDBI, Pantaloons etc. The job role includes sales and operations. Percentage of students getting placement is above 90%.

The first thing is i want to do MBA course in assam University. one of my senior was persuaded her masters degree from Assam University and i get to know that the education system of assam University is very sincere and good. The course structure for the programme has been designed keeping in view the immediate on the job requirements as well as the long term career needs of the young professionals.

The MBA program of AUS is vey good, very discipline, good placement record and many more. So I have choose this college. A very good institute for learning, faculty members are very helpful. infrastructure is very good. And also as Assam University is central university so I applied then.
