NSUT Reviews on Placements, Faculty and Facilities

Talking about NSUT, it is one of the best in terms of placement. Almost every company you may think of that costs IIT Delhi also visits NSUT. NSUT has a great placement stats in tech, non tech and in core as well. In tech , you may think of Amazon , Flipkart , google , Microsoft and all the big companies do visit the campus The eligibility for on campus placements purely depends upon the CGPA. So it is really important to maintain a good GPA throughout the course. Students become eligible for placements after the 6th sem only. To check the stats of the company visited and the offers made to each branch , you may visit the TNP website of our college NSUT. 80-90% students were placed from our college in the last placement session. For consultancy and non tech, companies like Deshaw, Bain, TCS,McKinsey etc do visit the campus. The highest package almost goes above a Crore per annum in most of the years , while the avg is around 10LPA, while the median is around 7-8LPA.

Bachlor of technology here is considered as one of best courses. It is one of the best college in Delhi nct All varieties of course are available according to NEP. Along with core and vocational courses according to your branches.

Campus placements come for final year students, and also PPOs (pre placement offer) wherein you get hired just after the internship programme that companies offer on campus. The percentage of students getting placed is quite high, as compared to other colleges.

A student can get internship from first year but it is off campus, after third year on campus internships are offered from different different big companies and on campus placements are also offered after 7th semester and many big companies like google, microsoft, Deshaw, Cisco etc comes and offeres placement. Around 60-70% of the students get placed in this recession time, the ratio used to be very high. The highest package is 1 cr and the average is around 20 lpa. My plan is to prepare for the placements and get a good on campus placement.

The placements are quite good . Inmy branch approx. 55% of students do get a job in the companies from the college itself so they don't need to reach out from outside . But the rest needs to go through linked in for a job .

My clg has best placements in delhi areas , even the average package in every branch is fab and students have best college placements. Some companies like amazon, uber have also approached to the college placements. I can take off campus placement if there will be shortage of placement.

Nope the course curriculum was too old and boring i didnt expect this from the college like nsut in dtu the attendance was 60% and curriculum was to easy but in nsut it was to tough and bad . Nsut is bad in that

Basically we deal with real world scenarios like we have english subject so that in this we have interviews which ultimately prepare us for job and to speak so that our fear goes out . We have coding class we have h very big lab for coding class

1st year subjects are not that relevant aside from Digital Logic Design and Mathematics. What is taught is highly comprehensive and the study material provided by the course instructors is good. One class test is held before the midsem exam and the other class test is held before the endsem exam. Internal marks are also considered in the final result and is awarded differently as per different subjects

Placements of our college are comparable to that of DTU in Tech branches but in core branches the placement are not very well. In tech branches average package is above 15 lakhs per annum. Top companis come here for placements.
