- Fest in hbtu is very good celebrity like dharsan raval perform in the college.

- The facility is not good, their behavior and nature is so bad.

- I liked nothing tbh here as such in this college. When I entered the first year of college, there's a cultural fest named adhyaay which used to happen every year should happen , but it only took place in that year
Dislikes
- There's no huge campus ,also the events do no take place like it used to happen till 2022.
- I don't like the faculties of Mechanical engineering branch,they are so overcold and arrogant kinda ,fails students deliberately and in bulk. There's no other branch where students go for carryover exams in bulk or in some cases, the whole class.
Placement Experience:
Campus placements are decent here if you have no active backlog and minimun required cgpa. The average package of mechanical engineering is 4lpa-6lpa. However, since in my branch ,many students are incapable (due to faculties' ego) People in my branch usually do not get the opportunity to even apply for interships.

- The senior junior culture of this college is best.

- The infrastructure of this college is not satisfactory.
- Sometimes the fests of this college can be cancelled.
Placement Experience:
The students are eligible for internship from 1st year but internship from college from 3rd year that is 5th semester. The placement is starting from final year that is 7th semester. There is decent percentage of placement.

- The college life is very good out here with lots of cultural and sports activities
- It contains two auditoriums in main campus where technical and cultural events are held

- The infrastructure of college is not so tempting it needs renovation
- The hostel facility of college is not up to mark
Placement Experience:
The placement Statics of our college is excellent for our branch .Our branch comprises placement of approximately 100 percent which means every student get placed .Reliance being our top recruiters provide 10.5 lpa to students and the average package that a student recieves in chemical engineering branch is approximately 8 lpa

- Good management facilities and if you have any issue you can contact to adminstration very easily they will provide solutions
- All the adminstration members are very cooperative they have helped me many times

- The area around the college is not good otherwise everything is fine
Course Curriculum Overview:
Chemical engineering that is best branch of hbtu and many companies come here for placement because of the relevancy of the curriculum But there is a little gap between the curriculum and real plant application it can be covered by including more practical topics In lab areas we need improvement because only this can prepare us for plant based jobs in chemical engineering Semester is of about 5 months and there is enough gaps between exams and paper is all about what you learn in class so medium difficult

- I like communities and club which makes students to work on themselves and for college
- I like the campus area with full greenery and beautiful ancients structures.

- I don't like hostel mess food sometimes.
- Campus is small in comparision with others top nits and iits .
Course Curriculum Overview:
My information technology course in my college is nearly provides good curriculum theory as well as practical based which provides student's good and effective knowledge. Students get cover all the course in woth good and better understanding for their growth.

- I like the college campus of my chemical engineering department.
- I like the faculties behaviour with the students. They are very helpful.
Dislikes
- I didn't liked my hostel food in our college. That was really unexpected to me.
- I also disliked that last year no fest happened on the very grand level.
Course Curriculum Overview:
Our course is all over the best one as in terms or academics , internships and placements. The course curriculum also includes theory as well as practicals itself which makes students to understand more effectively and efficiently. Chemical engineering is wide which provides students more opportunity in various areas .

- Placement is good in chemical amd mechanical engineering the infrastructure must me improved of the college
- Faculty are highly qualified and but teaching is not good

- Low investment me infrastructure development
- Placement in et and ee is low and worst faculty

From the 7th semster the student are eligible for campus placem L and t Lamas Samsung india Berger paints Microsoft Exxon mobil etcc..... Highest package till date is 64lpa in 2021 Average package is atround 7 lpa 80 to 90 % To get placement

- I liked personally the alumni connect of the college and also the 100 year legacy which has contributed it to its strong and varied alumni network
- Senior junior relationship is also very good in this college. People are friendly and helpful towards their peers

- Lack of academics and also less focus towards the core branches of the college
- Higher attention towards the non core branches and also poor curriculum
Placement Experience:
Students become eligible for placement from 3rd year many students get the internship opportunity through this college which help them in their placement process .Highest package was given by google of 60LPA. Currently best company visiting the college is Samsung R&d.

- Hostel facilities are good and hostel is situated 4km from main campus.

- I dont like Mess food as it is degrading day by day
- Distance between hostel and campus is 4km. We have to travel a lot.
Course Curriculum Overview:
I choose electrical Engineering in Harcourt Butler technical university kanpur because of its reputation and the vast opportunities in this field. I think some professors should be changed as they provide boring lecture of 50 minutes.
Likes
- Firstly, HBTU is famous for its alumni connection beacuse of its more than 100 years of legacy, you get passout of HBTU in almost every field, it is really beneficial in referrals during placements and internships.
- Secondly, its culture, the bond between senior and junior is really very important factor for the survival in HBTU, here junior show very much respect to their seniors. Seniors help their juniors in every possible way.
Dislikes
- Infrastructure is old, so due to lack of maintenance, its losing its hestoricness and originality.
- Girls to boys ration in upper branches like CS, IT, ET is 1:8 almost but in branches like chemical, paint it is of 1:1 yeah its true. I kept this in dislike because i'm in ET.
Placement Experience:
Campus offers decent placement to students, in branches like Mechnical, Chemical got 100% of placement record last year. Companies like IBM, AMAZON, Adobe, Optum, HP etc come to our college. Students get PPO offer from their intership as well.
