The college is good as compared as compared to any other or private colleges and its aluminia network is very strong and the placement is good
Hbtu provides various opportunities related to sports ,and many things it has various club like autorob, aeroclub etc
And also it provides intership in 2nd 3rd and final in various companies related to your branch various companies comes in hbtu like tata international,prachi leather etc

Dislikes

It's infrastructure is not good and also professor is not good but some professor is from iit and some nit .
In hostal the message is not good and various problems occur like water problem, drinking water problem,message problem etc
The lab and seminars hall is not good in the labs it has no equipment related to lab activity

It's curriculum is good as compared to any other college some one say leather technology is not good but I say leather technology is good course if you are taking cs it in private colleges the you should not take .you should take in hbtu

In hbtu kanpur the hostel fee is approx 63000 with message and the college fee is approx 135000 in for 1st year and for second year 127000 and the scholarship comes in every year approx 63500 (up scholarship)during registration you will only pay 2200

The name of annual and technical are hunkar, Adhya,etc The library is good it has various book including with ac No there is no provision within the classroom It organised tournament related to cricket and volleyball, basketball, football and many more

Because 1 it's alumni network is very strong as compared to other college 2 its placement is good as compared to other college 3 it provides various opportunities 4 it provides intership in various companies like tata international kabir leather prachi leather etc

The fee structure of hbtu are 1 in 1st year you will pay only 135000 but in 2nd year you will pay only 127000 Examination are In 1st year it has 2 semester 1st semester is also known as odd semester and 2nd semester is also known as even semester in every semester it organised 2 mid semester and 1 end semester

Night Life

The gym is good and it has some machine related to gym including with ac and water coller The hostal timing is same it changes week by week The famous places outside hbtu is chidiyaghar zoo and also csa

Let's talk about IERT Prayagraj

Placement Experience:

Here you'll get placement cell for placement training. But most the students studying here aren't interested in placement. Most students go for GATE examination or UPSC examination. Even I have plan to go for UPSC examination. There are many rankers passed from here. I think the highest package in 2024 was of 12LPA and average was 4LPA. There is not very high paying visit from any company. But in off campus there are some students who have cracked 45LPA per annum package at Amazon. I my opinion if you are passionate about any government examination then definitely you can opt for this college . And if you want placement then make your self perfect and go for off campus.

Kiet is good choice if you are keeping it in options.

Course Curriculum Overview:

In our autonomous batch there are more practical and project based subjects. There is one subject called design thinking in this we have to think of real life problems and empathize about it abs find or create solutions for them it can a whole new system, a simple app or machine or even a campaign as long as it helps society. There is one ihs subject also which promotes my branch (ECE) in pharmacy , like teaching about medical devices and technology and even our semestet projects are like creating portable ecg machine, creating automatic wheelchair, temprature- oxygen- heartbeat sensor abd recorder etc. It increases difficulties but also improves chances for placemenys in your 4th year if you are already creatibg such things in 1st sem. Frequency and difficulty of exam is moderate i think.

The other colleges which i applied to were IET Lucknow , IIIT Una , IIIT Dharwad and other lower IIITs . I choose over those since this colleges reputation and placements spoke for itself they had a very good track record regarding this course and many famous companies have been coming here repeatedly. The admission in this college is through HBTU e-counselling site which is a standalone website managed by HBTU itself . It has a registration fees of 2500 rupees is non refundable . There you fill your choice of courses . The branch is alloted according to your JEE MAINS rank and your preference list . After the seat allotment letter you have to visit college and there you will have to submit your documents then you will be given a provisional admission letter and you are given a choice to upgrade your branch to the courses you have selected in your preference list. The admission in this college for UG is given through only JEE MAINS for engineering and all other branches leaving Biotechonlogy and Biochemical where you can get admission through CUET....Read More

I only applied on josaa counselling and then in HBTU. My rank was not good enough to get a confirm seat in any core branch . Then I opted for HBTU counselling which was providing better seat in that rank if compared .Then onwards I didn't apply in any of the college. To get admission in HBTU Kanpur, you can register in the college counselling and fill the desired seats.
