I feel so proud to be here and the faculty are just superb and awesome.
Thd placement in my college is pretty good in my branch the average package is ruppees 2500000 per annum many of big companies like microsoft, atlasian, amazon, google, wipro etc visits here for giving good placements
Even if bit mesra is a gift but still the fee structure is slightly more than other gifts on the other hand category scholarship, state scholarships and merit cum scholarships are also there for good and bright students.

Dislikes

Hostel facility is very bad they are very rude they don't listen to anyone else.
The mess fees quality is very bad and students prefer to eat outside
Some faculty members are very educated and experienced but some of them have absolutely no knowledge they have just got the degree are just there to disturb students.

Campus greenery: the institution has a very big lush green campus
Diversity: due to its reputation students from various parts of the country joins the institution
Clubs and societies: the institution has a very great environment for various clubs and societies

Dislikes

Institute fees: increasing at a very quick rate
Juniors seniors interaction is quite low inside the campus
The institution has not properly used such vast space inside the campus

A Balanced Review

Likes

I liked the campus very much and the hostel life and quality friends you get here
Some teachers teach really well and the way they teach it easily gets inside the head
The seniors are very helpful and cooperative.They interact in a friendly way

Dislikes

The mess staff does not cooperate and talk very rudely with the students
The bathrooms of the hostel are not cleaned properly from time to time

Placement Experience:

Internships start from 5th semester and students become eligible for campus placements from 7th semester.many companies like isro, Google, Microsoft, Atlassian, tech Mahindra,many Mass recruiters like tcs,wipro visit the campus and offer placements based on your interview and how well you interact with the other person .the highest package is 58 lakes and the average package is around 11 to 12 lakes.roughly 85 to 90 percent get placement .

Likes

Campus : Vastness , Greenery, Clean enviornment , Good hostels.
Campus placements: Good campus placements are present.
Course: Good course knowledge is provided with good faculty being provided.

Dislikes

Management: The management for the institute could be om the better side.
Location: The location of the college is almost sub urban the city being very far from the college
Rules: Some rules might seem too strict sometimes .

Placement Experience:

The campus placement is this college is very good for circuital branches and quite decent for core branches.Students become eligible from the end of 4th semester for campus placements. Companies like Microsoft, Atlassian,Adobe ,Tata ,TCS ,facebook etc have visited the college for placement and do so each season. The highest package is around 82LPA from Atlassian and average is around 15LPA , for ECE branch average being 16 LPA. Almost 80-85% of the students get placed evry placement season.

BIT most dishonest review

Likes

I like the campus it’s too beautiful covered with trees and surrounded by rivers
Classrooms are good with boss speakers and projector .
Inner hostel are very good with few students and good food

Dislikes

Early classes at 8 am and bad mess food that I don’t like
Rules and regulations are too much issue for us we don’t like that
We don’t have night canteen all the canteen’s get closed at 10 pm

Placement Experience:

we have got 80% placement rate. if you are in CS, you will get confirm placement at a good company. 80 percent student get palced every year with an average package of 10 lakhs per annum. My plan is to be freelancer after getting the degree

Overall experience at BIT

Likes

BIT MESRA has a strong academic reputation, especially in engineering, management and other technical fields.
College encourages research activities and provides good opportunities for students.
The beautiful campus refreshens the mind and helps to concentrate on their work.

Dislikes

The campus is at the outskirts of the city.
The relation of the students with other college students of the city is likely to be less.
Travel expenses from campus is comparatively inflated.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The focus of the faculty is on development of the student's creativity. As the semesters pass the contraints on the design assignment increases gradually making a good result at the end of the course.

Lack of placement opportunities

Likes

Large green campus so you can go out for walks and have fresh air
The students are very lively so you always feel entertained there are events are decent intervals
There are two rivers on three sides of the campus thus get a good lake side view

Dislikes

Bad placements, though started this year it is less and have to look out for yourself outside the campus.
Faculty at times are slightly incompetent so feels like you need to study from YouTube
There are no borders to the campus and so locals just enter with animals such as goats and cows that disturb us

Course Curriculum Overview:

The first semester is quite annoying as you enter a new field completely. But then from the second semester becomes some what easier but I still have more to see. Some teachers are good while others are useless according to me that is.

Exploring a fine place of knowledge BIT mesra

Likes

Campus life is worth the experience it is nice.
You get the exposure to experience a lot of things.
Through events you will get lot of opportunities to make connections.

Dislikes

Mess food is not good it does not gives you nutrients.
Library is not opened for whole day it is closed at night.
Machine are of old generations and not that up to date.

Placement Experience:

From 6th semester students are eligible for campus placements. There are many renowned company who visited the college for recruitment such as Tata, google, Infosys, Microsoft, amazon, L&T, . Highest package vary from branch to branch. For cse its 55 lpa and for production its 18 lpa. 60 % students in every branch gets placed. I want to crack gate.

Likes

Professors are hardwork and supportive, infrastructure is good
Hostel life is nice, good students who are talented
Exposure to a number of events and sports

Dislikes

High fees inspite of being a GFTI should have to be less
Low fest budget , college not funds you to go external sports
Very strict rules for exam, late fees,and expenses

The exams are well conducted and are scheduled timely. Their is high security in exam and strict rules against cheating. the bad thing is results are late declared .our 1st semester exam was declared during mid sem of 2 nd semester

Course overview of bit mesra

Likes

The campus is very lively and vibrant plus the seniors are very understanding.
The college is located in midsth of a forest. So you get plenty of fresh air
Class timings are not that odd which is good.

Dislikes

Campus is so big that accessibility is an issue here
The mess food quality is not upto the mark.
The quality of bathing water is very hard, so you may suffer from hairfall.

Course Curriculum Overview:

Architecture is an application based course here you learn through practically given tasks and you are supposed to clear it. Overall it is a good course if you are hardworking and interested in construction. Keep in mind that not everything will be fed to you. You are supposed to learn as much as possible from your side as well

My college has a huge loss.Green campus which is amazing
The professors are really fun and educated and amazing
The classroom is very good and air conditioning

Dislikes

Some teachers are extremely strict and angry
The electric.Al department is not at all good
The in time for girls is eight thirty p m which is bad
