I feel so proud to be here and the faculty are just superb and awesome.
Thd placement in my college is pretty good in my branch the average package is ruppees 2500000 per annum many of big companies like microsoft, atlasian, amazon, google, wipro etc visits here for giving good placements
Even if bit mesra is a gift but still the fee structure is slightly more than other gifts on the other hand category scholarship, state scholarships and merit cum scholarships are also there for good and bright students.

Dislikes

Hostel facility is very bad they are very rude they don't listen to anyone else.
The mess fees quality is very bad and students prefer to eat outside
Some faculty members are very educated and experienced but some of them have absolutely no knowledge they have just got the degree are just there to disturb students.

Bit mesra- Heaven or Hell

The curriculum and the subjects that we had to make study are relevant to the future generation course as ai basic in first year is quite appreciated. The reservation system in this college should need an improvement
The campus is quite big, it is of more than 700+ acre. The campus life is superb u can get everything inside the campus . Bus services are free for student. As it have a huge crowd of student the interaction is superb as u can learn greater things
The placement of this college is best specially in it departmenet.This college also provide internship which eeryone can access easily.The senior are very helpful and mature.the almuni networn is also very strong of this college.

Dislikes

The interaction between the teacher and the student is not so good as the strength of the college is 120 it is quite difficult for student to intract with teachers particullary to clear their doubt.
The sport department can be improved as it doesnt allow to play in sports academy after 9 pm . So it make difficult for student to improve thier skill and practice in night.

Placement Experience:

The placement in this college is superb as the average increases every year in it sector the current average is 15 lakh+ .The big company also visit here like google, microsoft, facebook, netflix and many more. The highest package was of 53 lakh and the average stood at 10 lakhs. Almost 80 % student are get placed which is quite apprecaited. Student also prefer for higher studies in this college. I plan to have a good placement after my degree from the college amd i will do hardwork to achieve it.

The campus is beautiful in all seasons, infrastructure is good
Placement here is descent in circuital branches like cse got an avg of 20 lakh this yr whereas it got 21 lakh.

Dislikes

Professors here of some branches are not at all supportive and are just there to complete the syllabus.
College is located in a remote area. Though college provide transportation facilities but then too connectivity to the main city is not too good.

Placement Experience:

Here students are eligible to sit in the placments drive from the 6 th semester and should have min of 7.5 cgpa . Companies visited here are tcs, atlasian, reliance, byju, ceat, bajaj. Offers generated here are 700+.Campanies visited here is around 200+.Highest placements in cse bagged here is 63 lakh and average of cse is 20 lakh. After getting the degree , firstly will look for a job and then after 2-3 years will then do mtech

Campus is really big and has an ambient environment. canteens and eateries are also present for refreshment purpose .Security is also quite well managed which prevents thefts and other such inconvenience.The sports complex is also well managed .
The greenery is quite a major portion of the college. Making it almost pollution free.e. Almost zero pollution level
THe faculty is also quite good and frndly.

Dislikes

There is no such college life as such.It is actually located far away from he main city and has nothing much to enjoy as such.
Class timings are way too long..starting from 8 am in the morning till 5: 20 pm. Which is quite a chunk of our day..thus making it quite exhausting.
The attendance policy is quite strict . Shows no mercy on the attendance. If short .the student has to provide proper medical

Placement Experience:

Students in their final year are eligible for placements. There are a lot of companies who visit our college which includes a lot of MNCs and tech based companies. For the core branches including mechanical and other non tech fields..companies like kirloskar are visiting the college.. The highest package was around 60 laks in campus .and of the students applying for placements..around 90 percent of them gets placed. After getting the degree I have plans to go abroad and do my masters

Greenary around the Campus. Its it surrounded with variety of flora and fauna all around the campus
It is one of the oldest engineering colleges of India, established in 1955.
Seniors are very helpful in our college, They guide and provide us with all the needed resources for semester exams as well as placement purposes

Dislikes

Institute is not well maintained despite the high fees.Garbages are seen at public locations. Most of the water filters are of no use.
Since It is an open campus, It is not very safe for Girls. Security is not very tight. Lots of restrictions ae imposed on girls based on dressing styles etc
Food facilities around the campus are not sufficient. There are no facilities of night canteens

Placement Experience:

Most of the companies that comes to mid IIT's also come to BIT for recruitment. Top companies like Microsoft, amazon, flipkart and various other products companies also come for recruitment in the campus.

The campus is very big and all basic facilities for students are taken care of. There are a lot of clubs and they are active and participate in various fests
Placements are very good here as people have got packages more than 1 cr from different branches

Dislikes

The curriculum is very strict and the attendence criteria is also very strict
The fest are not good in the college because of the low budgets.
The college is far from the main city making it difficult to access certain things or communicate The main city Ranchi

Placement Experience:

The placement are good in our college multiple students got packages of more than one crore. And median package is also good it's just that last year due to Recession the placement was not good but that was for all college not only ours

BIT Mesra has a lot of things to like It has a huge campus of over 900 acres. It is full of greenery.
The faculties are very well trained and well educated. They teach really well. The teachers here also provide pdf/ppt notes for students.

Dislikes

The college is located very far from the city, in a remote village.

Placement Experience:

Campus placements are really good in bit mesra. Top MNCs such as Microsoft, Google, Amazon recruit from here. Highest package is 52 LPA. Average package in 12 LPA. Most of the students get placed, around 92%.

Why you should join bit mesra ranchi

Likes

Campus is very big and vibrant and green
Placements equivalent of iits and nits and other big colleges
High tech labs and large sports complex and

Dislikes

Campus is very big and it takes lot of time to commute
75 % attendance policy does not give students time to explore start up ideas
Iits skirts of ranchi and not of lot outside places to explore

Placemmets are top notch and overall more than 100 companies like Adobe's,Microsoft ,atlassian ,Qualcomm ,Texas instruments visit campus and offers lot of placement oppurturnities Percentage of students getting placed in my branch is more than 80
