Aspirants seeking admission to 4 year Full-time Program should meet the following criteria as specified by the institute.

- Pass in Class 12 / equivalent examination with English, Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics and have at least 60% (50% for SC/ST/PWD) marks in an average of 4 subjects – English, Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics
- The entry in this course is through the NTA-JEE-Mains entrance examination. All the rules and regulation of this entrance examination is applicable to this course.

- College ambience is good,nature is always around you

- Management is litreally bad
- Only 23 acres of infrastructure in 1000 acres of college
Fees and Financial Aid:
Fees are hiked every semester citing inflation, the vast to study is on the higher side 18 lakhs which is futher going to increase to 22 lakhs coming year. Scholarship are provided in terms of gpa after first year

- The most liked thing in this is college is its lush green campus
- The classes and lecture halls are up to date and have many advance facilities
Dislikes
- Administration is the big turn off for this college
- Location wise it is not so good located far away from ranchi

The fees at bit mesra is quite high a normal person can't afford it without taking loan through bank some of my freinds have taken that. We have one merit base scholarship named gp birla scholarship.
Likes
- Campus is really big and has an ambient environment. canteens and eateries are also present for refreshment purpose .Security is also quite well managed which prevents thefts and other such inconvenience.The sports complex is also well managed .
- The greenery is quite a major portion of the college. Making it almost pollution free.e. Almost zero pollution level
Dislikes
- There is no such college life as such.It is actually located far away from he main city and has nothing much to enjoy as such.
- Class timings are way too long..starting from 8 am in the morning till 5: 20 pm. Which is quite a chunk of our day..thus making it quite exhausting.
Fees and Financial Aid:
Tution fees is quite high compared to few other colleges in India..and if failed to pay at the right time,it is being penalised with a fine,which is quite high and increases on further delay. The total cost is around 16 laks...which may be a huge amount for many in the college..and as a result ma y of them takes loans to study The mess fees are also included which may be quite affordable. There is no such scholarship as such in our college..as far as my knowledge is concerned I have not taken part in any such clubs..and I do have plans to do so..in my sophomore year

- The sports facilities at our college is just superb

- The food in the mess contains a lot of varieties but the taste is not good
- The location of the college is very far away from the city

The tuition fee is fixed for a certain batch and it won't be increased. The total tution fee is around 14 lakhs . There is a scholarship names GP Birla Scholarship which is provided to students on the basis of their grades per semester
Likes
- Not all but few teachers are very understanding as well as caring and they make difficult subjects easy for the students to understand.
- Some staffs of the labs are also very caring they help us when we don't understand the things in lab
Dislikes
- The time gap between exams are not student friendly at all this just adds to more stress.

Fees are always taken timely . And scholarship is provided for the financially unstable people and the students who score exceptionally well in their semester exams. To avail the scholarship we have to go through a long process which is a bit tidious.
Likes
- The clubs in these college are quite good.
- You can go outside of the college between 6 am to 10 am and no one will ask you.
Dislikes
- Ece and EEE faculty are very strict and some physics faculty won't even pass exam easily
- I have completed 2 years here they didn't change the hostel. They said they provide single rooms after 1st year but they aren't provided yet

For 4 years the tution fee is around 15 lakhs and hostel fee is include in that 15 lakhs but mess fee is not include .Transportation charges also include. For reservation students scholarships will be there and also merit scholarship is provided for students who got CGPA above 8.5
