Remarks

It is a good college but the system is not working properly so we have to request again and again to do our office work.As the college is affiliated to VTU each and every thing depends on the VTU and the college work very slowly.

Course Curriculum Overview

2.5

Cource curriculum activities is good but the exam structure is not that much good as if some students have any backlock subject in any courses he/she has to wait for the next semester exam with the next semester exam he/she can clear the exam only.

Placement Experience

3

Placement and job opportunities is very few in these college as it is a Government college and most of the placement takes place in a good and a reputed college. As our college belongs to a Government so the placement and job opportunities is very low.

College Events

5

Our college have celebrated event like chaitra,Danvanti, inter college quiz, inter college singing and many other compitation as well as many other function or events like NCC and the camps conducted in NCC.

Fee Structure And Facilities

As I have already mentioned that our college is a Government college so the college fees is feasible for the poor and the backward class of a society so we can say that the college fees is a feasible for people as well.

Fees and Financial Aid

Our college give loans as well as the scholarship for the local people as we are from a different state we can't apply for the scholarship as well as the loan but the college provide scholarship as well as loans.

Campus Life

1.5

Labs, sports, etc are average as we have two labs in a week.As we can understand from the mentioned that atleast they are conducting Labs and other activities so as to understand the concept and the procedures clearly.

Alumni/Alumna

Yes senior are very helpful as well as they help and guided us.We also help the junior students as well because our senior help us now we are helping them this is the system of the senior and the junior.

Admission

prime minister special scholarship scheme,it is given to Jammu and Kashmir students. It was started by prime minister for Jammu and Kashmir students so as to reduce the violence in the valley of Kashmir.

Faculty

2.5

Faculty is an average type but most of them are explaining in local language as the students who are coming from different state face problem in understanding their language as well as the concepts. Some teacher even can't speak English properly.

Placement Experience:

lacements at MS Ramaiah Institute of Technology Placements at MS Ramaiah Institute of Technology are decent overall, with stronger outcomes for CS-related branches and moderate but reliable opportunities for core branches like Chemical Engineering. ???? Placement Eligibility Students generally become eligible for campus placements from the 7th semester (final year). Some companies also allow pre-placement offers (PPOs) through internships after the 6th semester. ???? Companies Visiting the Campus ???? Common Recruiters (Across Branches) TCS Infosys Wipro Accenture Cognizant Capgemini IBM L&T Deloitte (limited roles) ???? Core / Chemical-Related Opportunities L&T Reliance (limited roles) Schneider Electric Saint-Gobain Some manufacturing, quality, and operations-based companies Core chemical companies visit in limited numbers, so many Chemical Engineering students also sit for IT, analytics, and operations roles. ???? Packages Offered (Approximate) ???? Salary Range Highest Package (overall): ~?40–50 LPA (off-campus / international offer, mostly CS) Highest for Core / Chemical roles: ~?8–10 LPA Average Package (overall): ?7–8 LPA Average for Chemical Engineering: ?4–6 LPA ???? Job Profiles Graduate Engineer Trainee (GET) Process / Quality Engineer Analyst / Consultant Software Engineer (for interested students) ???? Placement Percentage Overall placement rate: ~90–95% Chemical Engineering: ~60–70% Students with good CGPA, internships, and skills tend to get placed earlier and in better roles. ???? Employability & Skill Development The college provides: Placement training sessions Aptitude and soft-skill workshops Coding and interview preparation support However, students are expected to upskill on their own, especially for core industry roles or higher-paying profiles. ???? My Plans After Completing the Degree After completing my B.E. in Chemical Engineering, I plan to: Gain industry experience through campus placement or off-campus opportunities
