Likes
- The college professors and faculty is really good and the college infrastructure is really good there are different building for libraries and labs.
- The college societies are really good which provide us with various opportunities and help in the growing process. The societies are also a great way to socialize with the pears/
- The placement cell is good too they invite various big names and provide students with different internships and job opportunities.
Dislikes
- Altough the course and curriculum are really good but sometimes there are a lot of gap between classes which feels exhausting
- The canteen only has a limited number of good items
- The course is too much theory, and has less practical exposure
Course Curriculum Overview
The course curriculam is good and follows the NEP 2020 but it sometimes lack a bit of practical exposure althpugh the teachers conduct various activities and presentations to make it practical there are various tutorial classes too. There are exam at the end of each semester and the exam levels are moderate not very tough
Placement Experience
The placement of the college is good as there is a dedicated placement cells which invite various big companies to the college.Last year varios companies like KPMG,EY and other visited the college. Altough the highest and lowest package were not disclosed the average package offered were 1.5 lakhs. The percentage was also not disclosed and i plan to do masters after completing the degree
Fees and Financial Aid
The year wise fees is generally fifteen thousand rupees and there are very minimal exam fee varying acoording to the subjects but its generally between 1000 to 1500. My friends from other categories also pays the same fees but there are various scholarships available which we can available through our capabilities and knowledge.
Campus Life
The campus life of the college is really happening as there are vatious events and activities orgaised on daily basis. Various societies also conduct different activities in which everyone can participate. The college also organises department wise sports tournaments and has a big ground for basketball cricket and football matches
Admission
I choose this college due to its infrastructure and its very easy to communicate as the metro station is really close to the evening gates also my seniors also recommended me the college because of the faculties.Also i saw varios events and activities conducted by the college. I applied to various other colleges in DU itself but the CUET scores were low for other colleges. the college admission is dont through cuet exams
Faculty
The faculty and student ratio is good as there are enough faculty available department wise. The professors are really considerate and handle the student issues very respectfully There are few teacher who are strict about the classes and topics. There are exams at the end of each semester and various tests and presentation during the classes
Night Life
There are no hostel facilities so we dont have night life altough the college library and public area are open till 7 in which students can enjoy.Also there arw various hangout places like maggie point where students can spend time with their friends
