Dyal singh College - Where Students will grow

There are certain aspects which capture and attract my decision to choose this course because I am someone who loves the polity and geography that's why I choose this course. Our course curriculum knowledge helps to take the decision in the parliament houses which is real world application and also helps to pursue the phd. All even course is ready to learn but there are certain areas of improvement in the area of geography subject and as the improvement made in the geography subjects it means that teaching quality also be change and more superior. We have 2 examinations in a year in 6 months each and it is a moderate level examination in which everyone can pass easily.

There are several companies who visited my college for the internship such as Tata Mahindra, pharmaceuticals, re-link etc and the roles they offered generally are marketing, sales, business executive, business associate, finance etc and typing generally ranges from 16000 to 20000 depends up on the roles and responsibilities of an intern. Projects and outcomes are generally mention in the internship description of the company.

Even my course is not the professional course so but in technical courses students are eligible to set in the placement from 5th semester. And there are several companies who visited my college such as KPMG, Deloitte, Swiggy, etc and offers made by them were not explicitly disclosed by college. The highest package was 36 lakh and the average package was 5 lakhs and in the profiles of finance and HR. Around 50 to 80% students placed from this college. I will pursue masters in the future basically after the degree.

The year wise fees which I paid in the college is 13800 INR in Indian rupees and all the charges such a tution fees, caution fees, admission fees and other compulsory charges are included into the one time payment. The fees of my batch mats who belongs to the categories other than me such as SC, OBC are generally same. The name of scholarship is national scholarship portal (NSP) and the amount of a scholarship is it depends upon the family income background of the students.

The name of the first which held in my college is Priyadarshini and in the month of March. Library of my college offers 2000 + books and journals which is wider in range and accessible in terms. There are certain facilities in our classroom such as projector, lightning, fans, smart board, etc. There are diverse and huge range of sports and extracurricular activities available in my college such as basketball, cricket, music, painting, etc. Societies are generally run by the students where some of them are President, vice president, general secretary, department heads, etc. which have great impact in the student life which helps the student to learn grow and shape their career (CV building too)

No I didn't apply for any other college I choose this college over others because of the course which I get here that is BA program in combination of political science and geography as I am a political science enthusiast which attracts me to purchase this course. No I didn't get rejection from any college. Our admission process is generally through the common seat allocation system its eligibility to pursue this course is 12 + and the most preferred examination by student is common University entrance test cut off for this course is generally ranges around 680 to 685 out of 800 and my overall admission experience is fantastic.

We have 1 faculty to 64 students the faculty to a student relationship is magnificent and faculties are always ready to guide the students and help the students in professional and academic life. Faculties are easily approachable and always ready to help the students. I like this faculty of political science because of his teaching style where he makes the complex thing into the simple one. All the best faculty is the faculty of political science and geography. Faculities which I personally do not like is the faculty of general elective English there teaching style is just little traditional and theoretical. We have two examination in a year and it is a moderate level examination at program level and almost every student are able to pass the examination. It is totally relevant our course curriculum and future academic pursuits.

Our college not have any Gym having canteen where fresh cook and baked food are prepared we have a three floor library and we do not have any specific public area inside college premises. We do not have any hostel facility and campus timing is 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. They are famous hangout places which is inside an outside the college that is red benches which is inside the college and Maggi point which is outside the college and we also have locality safe to Roam around at night in the cricket ground
