NALSAR ke probably the only law college in India which NRI Students are also there in each batch.
From corporates to top tier law firms, all want students of NALSAR to work for them.
NALSAR is best because it has then toughest curriculum out of all the NLUs.

Dislikes

Course and assignments are such and plus intenrships and all means for five years we are locked in with academics.

Course Curriculum Overview

Our course if one passes it all means have climbed the largest mountains of this eart. Every day nearly 12-13 hours we have to dedicate for studies or intenrships. If classrooms give some repsite then internships sucks up that remaining blood. So without breaking a sweat one can't clear law from NALSAR.

Class Size: 63Course Fees: INR 190000 per year

Placement Experience

Highest package from NALSAR is around 45 lakhs and average is around 12.5 lakhs. Around 90% students are placed only those who fail to clear the exams are the only ones who are not provided placements here. My plans are to do LLM in IP as that holds the best future in Law.

Fees and Financial Aid

Nalsar Hyderabad is best law college in India and the fees still is not expensive. Including hostels it is 3.10 lakhs a year. If I diversify it is around 1.8-1.9 lakhs a year for education and around 1.2 lakhs for hostel and mess. All fees need to paid seperately and the collective of all is around this much.

Campus Life

Over 50 acres of campus and it has residential complex, lawns, trees, and sports complex with a proper hard court tennis court. Also, we have four blocks which Includes boys and girls hostel and a Premable which is a trademark of NLUs. Also location is off city and so outside voices just NALSAR and it's activities without any hamper goes on here.

Hostel Facilities

There's one tall boys hostel wtoho nearly 1000 boys capacity and a common air conditioned mess for both boys and girls is there at NALSAR. At the price at which hostel and food available at our college is simply unbelievable.

Hostel Fee: INR 120000 per year

Admission

Obviously I wanted just the best of 3 and they are NALSAR, NLSIU and NUJs. My first choice though was NALSAR and my CLAT score was in top 50 and thus I got NALSAR. So admission here are purely on CLAT as here is no management seats or any other things.

Faculty

NALSAR faculties are best and that is why NALSAR is the best. Even foreign nationals faculties are here and the importance of knowing Hindi and local language is also taught to us. Each state has their arguments in their own language and thus it is vital for us to not to just dwell on English learning.

Night Life

Two natural beauty such as Kondapochamma Sagar and Shamirpet Lake are our evening spots. A water park named Leo Splash and an adventure park is what we have close to our college. For better food and movies and shopping it's always Inorbit Mall which is our first choice to go to.

NALSAR is best NLU in the country!

Placement Experience:

Overall every student here are placed and in corporate houses as NALSAR unlike other NLUs where litigation is at the forefront, here it's Corporate LAW. So, i am quite happy and little skeptical too that, i get the top placements as next year onwards as we enter the final year, we will stand qualified for placements.

Nalsar means good things in life!!

Placement Experience:

our Internships and grades as in law studies everything matters. Some students dont do internships on purpose and those students dont get placements even though they are at NALSAR. Students who have done all of it get placed easily with a package of 15 lakhs or more.

NALSAR means dream come true!!

Placement Experience:

The best thing about NALSAR is that not just law firms but also the best of corporate houses like the E&Y group, Accenture, Cognizant, Wipro and many such companies come and add lawyers in their decorated legal team. Around 80% of the students are placed through campus and average salary is a dream one as no one offers a law student 12-15 lakhs can only happen at NALSAR.

Placement Experience:

Amarchand, Trilegal, Wadia Gandhy and many more law firms which are among the top law firms in India are ones which takes students from our college. I don't know about average placements at NALSAR but at our college the average is 14 lakhs a year salary.

NALSAR is a GOAT College for Law!!

Placement Experience:

At NALSAR most students are pre taken as during internships we prove that we are made of steel. Corporate houses like the IT firms, the hospitals and manufacturing sector too, you name it and we have such organizations making sure we get the best placements ever. While rest NLUs average placements are around 10 lakhs ours is close to 15 lakhs.

My life at ICFAI LAW Hyderabad

Placement Experience:

There have been excelent campus placements from our college where people have gotten a starting offer of 12LPA as a newbie. Students are eligible for campus placement only in their last semester. If students want to work in their 4th year, they dont provide them attendance for work and are hence unable to pursue serious work. Out of 300 students in a batch, an approximate of 70 people get placed every year. With regard to internships, however, one has to find their own internship. We are given mentors for help in this area but they can only do so much as share lawctopus links that i can find myself. I plan on getting my degree and pursue LLM abroad.

NMIMS Hyderabad, a campus that's on its way

Placement Experience:

Placement for the MBA and B pharma course in NMIMS Hyderabad campus is excellent although for law since only one batch has graduated so far the placement offers have been a bit slow. However the placement committee has done an excellent job everytime during student internship process. There are tier 1 firms that are also currently recruiting nmims students. The only issue is the location of the campus which makes assessment internships difficult. But that issue is temporarily fixed by having the final year students take their classes in the hyderabad city campus to make it easier for them to have an internship and still attend classes

The placements of our college is genuinely great. Even in a bad job market, our college has placed 100% time and again. The average package is also very good, being North of 18LPA. we usually get placed in Law Firms

Life at NALSAR

I didn't apply to many colleges but applied to nlsiu bengaluru , nuals kochi and RMLNLU in lucknow was rejected from nlsiu in bengaluru and accepted in NUALS kochi and RMLNLU in lucknow all these are top colleges Admissions can be taken by qualifying clat exam which happens once a year I got rejected from NLSIU IN bengaluru, i think it was because of my marks The exam consist of 120 questions and include subjects like english, current affairs , legal reasoning and logical reasoning and quantitative techniques The cutoff for NALSAR is around 90 in general category and for NLSIU is 110 and my score was less than 110 got rejected from NLSIU FOR ADMISSION: write clat and qualify with cutoff marks for NALSAR in exam Counselling process: all over india Choose the colleges you wanna go and wait for results The results are based on marks and colleges selected Go to the alloted college and submit the documents for the course choosen...Read More

Well, i rejected NLSIU Bangalore for NALSAR as NALSAR was the place I always wanted to be. Admission is from the rank that you get in CLAT as in December every year, the CLAR exams are conducted and by February results are out. From May we can apply and by June we get confirmation too.
