Life at NALSAR

The law curriculum enticed me the most the various legal sections and the various bns and bnss and the crimes that are dealt with in this field The business part is also quite interesting and helpful in starting sometging of my own someday The curriculum is quite apt and i think the business administration part speaks more towards applications in later pursuits and application The exams are conducted semester wise that is within every 2 months or so the exams are moderate to hard and the law part involves memorization and the business part is quite logical along with certain practicality and memorization

Minimum fees range between 14.9 lakhs for 5 years Tution fees anywhere between 6-7.8 lakhs There was a one time payment for admission that was around 10,000 Discount for sc st around 40,000 No scholarships as such available for me

There is a wide variety of books and journals available in the library The books are available for pg level also with advance books as well The library well maintained and kept up-to-date Festivals and fest are the best part of NALSAR including annual management Winnow with Cultural and literacy competition And a separate festival for literary and quizes The winnow festivals include academic and non academic activities There is a film festival and a freshers event for new students CLUBS : 1. Drama club 2. International law society 3.Music appreciation club 5.Constitutional law society 4.Tech law forum 6. Speakers club and 7. Operation mania club for management studies Sports and extracurricular : are present and debate and quizzes on regular basis Sports like football Basketball team kabaddi , volley ball athletics and indoor games like chess badminton and table tennis

I didn't apply to many colleges but applied to nlsiu bengaluru , nuals kochi and RMLNLU in lucknow was rejected from nlsiu in bengaluru and accepted in NUALS kochi and RMLNLU in lucknow all these are top colleges Admissions can be taken by qualifying clat exam which happens once a year I got rejected from NLSIU IN bengaluru, i think it was because of my marks The exam consist of 120 questions and include subjects like english, current affairs , legal reasoning and logical reasoning and quantitative techniques The cutoff for NALSAR is around 90 in general category and for NLSIU is 110 and my score was less than 110 got rejected from NLSIU FOR ADMISSION: write clat and qualify with cutoff marks for NALSAR in exam Counselling process: all over india Choose the colleges you wanna go and wait for results The results are based on marks and colleges selected Go to the alloted college and submit the documents for the course choosen

1 per 60 students ,the faculty and student relationship is quite good, faculty is top notch best of the best and quite friendly and approachable There are many exams and they are moderate to pass and mostly students pass in the exams The curriculum is quite extensive and there is a lot of memorization and logical thinking is involved

Gym and cafeteria re open 24 hrs and public areas are accessible to every one and open till 7 to 8 pm and hostel timings for the night are around 12 and campus in timings are 8 am in the morning for my course . Locally safe and students hangout in the ccd cafe coffee day in the campus Pings cafe and stadium Most enjoy walks in lanes and laws of the college There is keesaragutta lake on short diatance and seetgariguda cheruvu lake for outings Sainikpuri and kompally areas to explore food and restaurants with recreational activities
