LPU Jalandhar is a nest!

Academics here has been talk of the town and the shoutout of that is so far that even students from southern states come and study here. Nearly 300+ International students too are studying in LPU and this shows the kind of academics and promise that education of LPU holds. So, all in all a very promising academics is what LPU offers.

Over a crore package too have been inked form LPU, CSE and that itself is more than enough to justify my call to Study here. Highest package was of 1.03 crores and average still stands at 8 lakhs around. The big thing is nearly 2500 students in CSE and still all are finding a shot to try for placements.

I am from LPU Jalandhar and just last semester and will be upholding CSE degree from here. 1.7 lakhs per semester is what I paid in last semester. On and average 3 lakhs daily is what I paid and around 1.75 lakhs on and average for the hostels. So close to 5 lakhs is what it costed me yearly and total cost i paid to the university including hostels was around 20 lakhs.

Over 600 acres of campus and that's not all as our campus is life a corporate township altogether. From shopping centre to banks to even post offices we have it all at our campus. Thus speed post of our campus too works so well and in accordance with guidelines. One India and also One World is an annual event here domestic and international students perform and show their performances.

Our hostels are flats with a hall and a room. Three girls accomodation in that what one washroom and a balcony. Also we are allowed to keep some electronic gadgets and thus we keep and induction with us. The mess are two but both of them pure vegetarian mess.

Besides LPU, I tried Symbiosis Institute of Technology and MIT Manipal. I had confirmed admission from MIT Manipal and I almost joined that but then between the old ajorse and new horse which is LPU, I chose LPU as my LPU Nest score was much better and I was also offered a substantial scholarship as well.

Faculties here are well paid and also pay parity system is there and thus there are quite a few female professors too in our university. Exams are generally very tough here but faculties don't ask anything in the exams which they haven't taught us. So, if one listens carefully and sometimes between the lines in their teaching, they will easily be able to understand the same.

Nehru Garden of Jalandhar which is quite famous is not much distant from our university. Then we have Sunken Ground to play sports but we have even better sports facilities at our campus. Haveli for lunch as it is better for dinner but hostel curfew times dont allow us that much time. Also, Amritsar is less than 100kms and Golden Temple is definitely the best hangout places from Jalandhar.
