Likes

what i liked most is brand value of my college and placement.
Infrastructure is well defined too of my college.
Cleanliness is well maintained in our college.

Dislikes

Facilities like badminton , only 4 sets is present for thousands of student.
Ground and badminton court is only present for limited time .
Assignment feels like extra burden not something to learn more .

Course Curriculum Overview

For me personally B.Com hons. is saviour . After tyhis course i will particapate in few competitive exam too. Areas for improvement can be done by adding more practical knowledge to our curriculum which will be helpful .

Class Size: 80Course Fees: INR 30000 per year

Fees and Financial Aid

Year wise fees is 30000. Its contains every fee no extra charges other than examination form . My other batchmates fees are same for general, other than general there are slightly diffrentiation between fee structure.

Campus Life

Overall camous life is okay - okay because there is various restriction in our college like ground is not open even from 10:00 A.M to 07:00 P.M . Amphithreatre is also closed mostly not open for every student .

Admission

I applied to KMC but because it was in my 4th ranking and hansraj was in 3rd , so I get into this . Yes , I got rejection from SRCC and Hindu because my socres were not sufficeint for that . But now being in Hansraj , I feels Hansraj is very much underrated .

Faculty

Faculty is pretty good of our college . Personally i didn't felt any problem with this . Additional to this extra mentor is assigned to every student which feels us like there is osmeone to hear us too.

Night Life

Night life is good we have good chilling areas near our campus . Many cafes are present near our college and many famous points too like Tom uncle maggie point , sudama ki chai , chache di hatti etc . Hostel campus is under renovation .

Course Curriculum Overview:

The curriculum is very interesting & it teaches you a lot about the entrepreneurship. Specially in the field of commerce it gives you the right information and exposure to the real world. Subjects like Corporate law , business law , Cost accounting and etc teaches you a lot about practicality.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I would say that SEC and VAC, were added by the university to enhance students mind, but these subjects feel more like burden to the students. And also the theoretical and numerics being taught, are not relevant to todays world, as curiculum in the books is not upto date, The assignments pressure.. and sometimes the fear of getting low marks.

MLNCE - Average but Enjoyable

Placement Experience:

The placement in Motilal Nehru College (Evening) is decent and is led mainly by the Placement Cell. Though inactive earlier, the placement cell has become significantly more active recently, bringing in more internship and job opportunities. Students become eligible for placements during 3rd year. In a good placement season, companies like Deloitte, KPMG, PwC, EY come for Audit, Taxation, Risk Advisory, HR jobs. Other companies like DE Shaw & Co, Accenture, Capital IQ also come during job fairs. Earlier, Wipro, TCS, Amazon, Flipkart have also recruited from the college mainly for Sales, Business Development, Operations jobs. Highest on-campus package is ?18.7 LPA and rhe average package is ?3.6-4.5 LPA. Approximately 40% to 50% of students who participate in the process secure placements. My plan is to get into freelancing after college.

Course Curriculum Overview:

In regard to the relevancy of the course Im quite fond of the subjects such as BL CA AND HRM they give us the better insights for both practical and theoritical knowledge making us ready for the "real" world . As For the improvement i feel like there should be some flexibility in GE so that students can choose a sub as per their choice as Hindi is fixed for me which isnt quite suitable for my course and it just drags my CGP down. The frequency if the exam is okay but the timing I feel like its way too fast just after first sem exam we had classes and all test and felt like it went on a spur

An Unfiltered View of SRCC

Placement Experience:

Placement in SRCC is very amazing, and way beyond the placements of DU colleges. A lot of big big names in Finance, and consulting domain, recruit from campus including McKinsey & Co., Bain & Company, Kearney, Big 4s and all. Highest package is 35+ LPA and Average Package is 10 LPA. I HAVE PLANNED TO complete my ACCA along with a little work experience.

My view regarding my college

Remarks:

Academically you can choose it but if you are looking for some fancy institution with some best infrastructure and fancy canteen I won't suggest you this college. But this college has one of the very best cricket team and one of our student named Mayank dagar is leading Indian National under-19 team. So I think you understand the impact.
