Course Curriculum Overview
Curriculum is rigid, teaching methods are not immersive and are boring. As a humanities student, curriculum is more about knowing different theories and how they are applicable in the contemporary world. Teaching methods should be more immersive.

Campus Life
There is an annual fest which is conducted usually in March or Feb which is quite popular and nicely done. There are a good amount of books available in the library and you need your ID card to borrow from the library. There are not much technological provisions within the classroom. Sports like basketball, football, cricket , volleyball games are regularly played by the students in the campus.
Admission
For admission into Delhi University, CUET exam is conducted based on your 12th subjects. Scoring atleast 750 above out of 800 is necessary to get into top colleges like Hindu, LSR, SRCC etc. Then based on the marks , you are allotted the college , there are 3 rounds of allotment. If you accept in the first round then you are not eligible for the second allotment.
Faculty
Some members of the faculties are approachable and friendly, however some are not as they don't take classes and are late to class hence not finishing the course. Dr Meeta Nath who teaches philosophy is very sincere and makes sure the course is understandable, making it easier to understand the topics. She is also punctual and finishes the course within time. Philosophy department is very friendly and approachable. There is only one major exam which happens at the end of the sem. Theory exams are quite easy and the questions are predictable. Most of the students pass in humanities courses. Course curriculum is bit outdated as it is mostly theory so there are not much educational visits , thus lacking in immersive experience.
Night Life
There are a number of pgs and flats near University where many students stay. The locality is not safe to roam at night however some localities like Vijay nagar is packed with students so it's safer in some to go out at night. Famous hangout placed include Majnu ka tilla, Connaught place, India gate, national museums , shopping markets like sarojini and Janpath etc.
