As I already mentioned that I got Miranda House in first round and also this course on my preference list is ninth or tenth. And also i did research about this college because Miranda House is the best college in india from last seven consecutive years.Thats.why i chose this over other colleges .Now talked about admission process is all done by DU website where we have to first apply for yeh Cuet and then Then participate in DU counselling and almost you needed 700/800 marks ....Read More

First and primary reqson for chosing Miranda House was the hostility and arrangements that the college provided for the parents and students who were coming there. I did applied to various other colleges but the kind of assistance that i received from the taechers, students and admin was really appreciable. It really convinced me and my parents to get admission there after visiting other colleges as well from the north campus of Delhi University. Eligibily was my marks from class 12th since I applied from the merit based admission process. Till that time there was no UG entrance exam for our colleges. Cutoffs were really high. I almost lost hope that I'll be able to study in DU and that too Miranda I had no hope.But I waited till the 3rd and 4th cutoff, fortunately i found an opportunity and grabbed it. Miranda House is top most college of Delhi University. So, I choose this college. My course is BSC hons. ,that is also a good course. CUET ug is given for taking admission into the college. We have to score approx. 400 marks to get admission in this course....Read More

My first choice was Philosophy Miranda for DU. I applied to Dr. B.R. Ambedkar Uni for their English ug course, got selected, didnt take the course because of more interest in philosophy, always regret this decision. I wish I had any other course as my first preference atleast. The college itself isnt bad, the faculty and curriculum is. Miranda is a beautiful and calm college. One has to apply through DU portal for CUET. In the exam centres, students have to sit as per their roll calls and then a final cut-off of the entrance gives us a clear picture where we could get admissions. So, Hindu College was my first choice but never mind Miranda House is no less either. In cuet this year i gave my second attempt, and also i was enrolled in a college of kolkata, their i experienced toxic environment in terms of student teacher relationship, so i gave cuet for 2nd time, there i applied for only two university.
