Course Curriculum Overview

4

I want to serve the community so I choose this course , it allows me to heal the people and to help them , And i m the first generation doctor in my family ,so also much happy by choosing this course , and now u can give advice to your parents for opting the healthy habits and lifestyle modifications leading them to love a healthy life . The thing I want to improve in the curriculum is that it should be interacting,, not like that teacher ask and student answer ,, firstly teacher should explain everything about the chapter in a brief manner and then show the presentation and after that he/ she ask the students what they learn ,, what they don't understand and all

Internships Opportunities

5

Internship is best here , as the patient load is too much in the hospital, we have the large central OPD , u get the rare cases also there , Stipend of internship is around 30k per month , Also have PHC under the hospital,, so in internship u have the best experience,, u will definitely learn new things

Fees and Financial Aid

Fees is not much , u can afford easily Like every year 3/4k decreasing till now Approx 50k which includes hostel fees also of 6k, in mess u have to pay daily for the food that u eat and charges are like negotiable and u get every facility, rooms are shared (2 in each room)

Campus Life

5

Hostel Facilities

5

In room u can have your own refrigerator, ac , induction, 1 table and chair, almirah one is there already built and u can also buy yours Meal quality is nice and menu varies like in breakfast u have chole bhature, all types of paranthas, toast, south indian dishes like dosa, uttpam In lunch u have 5/6 types of vegetables, rice and all types of paranthas , chppatis , veg/egg briyani, fried rice etc In evening snacks u have maggie, south indian dishes, vada pav, pasta, macroni, chilli potato, bread pakode, paneer pakode etc. In dinner u also have all types of paranthas, 5/6 types of vegetables, rice , nearly similar to lunch And we have fruit and juice corner Have pizza and burger point also Hostel registration is like outsiders are preferred over delhites It's totally affordable 6k per year With no electricity bill

Admission

It's hospital the safdarjung hospital,, where u get maximum to learn The pg quota of ipu The faculties The student strength is not much and it's good to interact The mess facility The hostel cleanliness The location of campus ,, the best area of Delhi The area is safe Admission process is through neet ug Cut offs at my time 2022 like by aiq general air 129 and in state quota general 1500 Admission experience is nice ,, the staff is so helping

Faculty

5

The faculties are approachable , they are always happy to help you ,, We have semester exams then we have sent up exams which are pre university and then we have professional exams Marking in semester are tough, in sent up it's lineant and in professional it depends on the level of exam Students detained are 5-15 approximately, failed are not much 3/5 students per year. Good student and faculty ratio

Night Life

5

Nightlife is best like the area is safe But no such spots are there One cafeteria is there , have many canteens Outside campus u will have many opportunities according to your budget Campus has so much greenery, u will enjoy to walk in late night Gym is also there in doctor hostel Library is also there in doctor hostel and also other is around campus No timings for hostel except for first 6 months of college ,

Course Curriculum Overview:

The MBBS curriculum is mostly standard, but its relevance is super high because of the massive patient load at SJH. That clinical exposure is the key thing that prepares you for both real life and NEET PG later—that’s why I chose VMMC. Improvements? We need less lecturing and more interactive case discussions and maybe more emphasis on research. Exams are non-stop, seriously! We have internals/semester exams every 3-4 months. They are tough (50% passing), but they force you to study well for the final big Proffs. It’s tiring, but it works.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The course curriculum is very well structured and includes detailed study of all the aspects of medicine which is very relevant in today's world. Since mbbs curriculum is more about practical and less about theory we get a really good patient exposure which makes us ready to deal with patient problems in real life. The course curriculum can be made a little less hectic as in fourth year there are 11 subjects to cover so they can be distributed equally in all the other years and teaching methods can be made more interactive instead of professors just reading the slides monotonously

Curriculum of mbbs is very comprehensive and makes you capable of handling medical emergencies, and not miss out on diagnosing critical cases. With the new CBME curriculum by nmc in place, additional focus is also given on the AETCOM (attitude, ethics and communication) module which is aimed at improving the quality of healthcare professionals produced by this country.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The course curriculum is decided by the NMC therefore it is same for all of the doctors. Our college has a good clinical exposure and thus we learn a lot. The course prepares you well, but you always have to learn by yourself. In the area of clinical expertise the treatment of common disease must be taught separately. We have exams Nearly every 3 months, which can be tough to manage, considering that you have to score an average of more than 50% in them . Difficulty level is intermediate
