Course Curriculum Overview

2

I just wanted to become a doctor and the i was not able to clear the cuttoff of neet 2024 and therefore decided to come to Bangalore Mbbs course is still very primitive as all the techniques taught are outdated and not even used

Internships Opportunities

2

In MBBS stipened offered is around 15000 Here in internship we get a good exposure as the patient load here is good because the treatment here is almost free like 10 rs and therefore people outside which is mostly muslims come for there treatment One more good thing here for north students is that as maximum people around are muslins they know how to speak hindi

Fees and Financial Aid

Here fee is 12 lakh per annum for private seat 35 lakh for management seat 1.5 lakh for government seat Also after coming here we have to pay 45000 per year as miscellaneous fee There is some reservation for sc and st and there fee is few thousand rupees You can get scholarship if your rank is under 40 thousand rank and ews

Campus Life

1

College more focuses on academics than extracurricular Some festivals like freshers, dandia night and all are done Library is not very good Classrooms are very bad, even pigeons fly inside the classroom Once a pigeon also got hurt by fan and fall down No sports or extracurricular is offered in college

Hostel Facilities

1

Only fan bed and table chair is provided We have to get our own matress Food is very bad Its like hell especially for north students Price for mess is 3500 per month Even they add water in all foods and then give to save money

Admission

I applied to St john medical college, KIMS, Videhi, BGS global This college was not my priority I got rejected because I could not clear their cuttoff All the admission process is done by RGUHS and done on marks of neet ug

Faculty

3

Faculty to student ratio is 1:30 . About the faculties depend on different department Physiology department is most chill but the don't even teach properly Biochemistry department will fuck you whole year Anatomy department is ok and also teachs good

Night Life

1

No gym or public area is present Area is very very unsafe It is like living in mini pakistan If you have to enjoy something you have to go atleast 5 km away from college and then you will see how beautiful actually Bangalore is

Course Curriculum Overview:

curriculum is designed to be highly relevant and comprehensive for modern medical practice.Early Clinical Exposure is One of the strongest aspects of the curriculum is introducing students to patients in their very second year. The final year of the curriculum—the Compulsory Rotatory Residential Internship (CRRI) is effective it prepares students for the high-pressure environment of Indian healthcare, making them very capable of handling emergencies and outpatient departments (OPD ). Students feel that lectures are still too focused on passive PowerPoint presentations.Rigorous schedule, integrating "Life Skills" or "Stress Management" modules more formally into the foundation course would be helpful. The university exams (RGUHS) are generally fair but require a very high level of descriptive writing and practical precision.
